At the Baltimore Festival of Darkness, Michael Todd and Jamie Donahue
revealed to the attending crowd that the movie "The
Jester" formerly known as "The Fool
of Ravencrest" is gearing up to go into production this spring.
The script is brought to you by the team behind the
recently completed indie Horror/Comedy "Stop
It, You're Killing Me".
Written by Kenneth Yakkel, Michael Todd and Jamie Donahue the film is
scheduled to be directed by veteran actor/director Stephen (Babylon 5, Animal
House) Furst. Rumored locations are Quebec City Canada.
People in attendance at last week's American Film Market in Santa Monica,
Ca. and the more recent Baltimore Festival of Darkness this past Sunday,
got the first look at the advanced poster for the film. HFA is the first
to bring it to you via the web.
"The Jester" is said to be a cross between "A Nightmare
on Goth St." told in the style of "Highlander". Casting for
the film is set to begin within the next few weeks. A list of "name"
actors has been assembled, although no one at this date has been attached.
