INTRODUCTION
The Ceguera Technological Colleges (formerly Ceguera
Institute of Science and Technology) was founded and incorporated in 1984, out of the desire of its
owners to be of help to the low-income families gain at least short term tertiary education.
PHILOSOPHY AND OBJECTIVES
The Ceguera Technological Colleges adheres
to the principles of democracy, and that education and technology are indespensable factors for a strong and
progressive nation in this era of industrial and technological development. The school believes that education
is life and the purpose of technology is to provide convenience in life.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES

to provide the educational need of the youth in consonance with the need of the nation both in the higher and technical

It is one of the few among private tertiary schools in Iriga City, Philippines to charge a lower
tuition fee rates. The college, in its years of operation have already attracted large numbers of
students who were now gainfully employed either locally or abroad.
Knowing the importance of Information Technology and the role it will play in the industry,
the Ceguera Technological Colleges has incorporated computer subjects in its curricular offerings
and has its computers connected to the Internet to provide computer students the opportunity to
gain the latest trend in the Information Superhighway.
This move is aimed at preparing the CTC graduates for the impact of Information Technology
in their chosen fields. With this, any student enrolling at the Ceguera Technological Colleges
will be earning the skills in their trade area aside from being computer literate, which is a
big plus for them.
