About this site

This is the second version of this site, the first was developed in 1997 and finally taken off-line in late 1998 for a full revision and restyling.  There is little in the way of fancy stuff like animated GIFs; I have concentrated on providing useful information and photographs to a high a quality as is possible at low resolutions to keep the file sizes small.  Many are represented as thumbnails. simply click on them for an enlarged version.   When viewing the site, please bear in mind that it is built in my spare time, as little of that as I have.  Any gaps are down to a lack of time, but they will be filled, eventually.  Any errors are all mine and typos do appear from time to time, such is the speed in which the content is developed.

The site navigation is sub divided into four main chapters, a site map and sub navigation hyperlinks on each page.  Sub-navigation includes those hyperlinks below, use the site map as your central point of reference for all of theavailable hyperlinks.

Features will be added at regular intervals, so please book mark the home page.
