"cleared publicly?"

november 3rd

...And so there we were,..."BLUE" LOU SMIT, TRIP DeMuth, (pub. def. Cary Lacklen), and I, in the conference room behind the courtroom of JUDGE Bellipanni and we've got the deal nailed down and agreed to. We're done. Right? Lacklen and Smit start gettin' outta their chairs, but, I say, "One more thing." (Lacklen could just tear his hair out with frustration) (God I hate him.)

I asked DeMuth "What happens to all those samples" ect, and I asked him if I could be CLEARED. He said, AND I quote, "you won't believe how many people ask me THAT." Then he mumbled something like AL GORE. So - NO - the answer to a recently asked web question is - "NO, I have not been officially cleared." I've often thought of writing them asking for clearance but then some JACKA$$ would say I'm "CONNECTING myself to the case" Further: As far as the comment about people asking DeMuth for clearance it is TRULY disgusting that there are so many people in that repugnant position because this DA's office doesn't want to publicly whittle it down to the TWO suspects closest to the mess.

Why couldn't I have been European?

No visits or mail tonite due to the ELECTION.

Nicely buried article in today's Daily Camera about BRYAN MORGAN, "JR's LEAD CRIMINAL ATTORNEY," hovering around during the Miles deposition.

Steven Miles' attorney, LEE HILL, wrote, "it appears that Mr. Ramsey's civil defense course has been set by his criminal lawyers," in a motion. Hill also was quoted in the M.Sabestian article as saying Ramsey's attorneys "were adamant in their refusal to permit their client to respond."

STONEWALL MORGAN.

The first 100 times one hears a corpse's head bang against a table one shivers. Later, one giggles, in that "oooops" sort of way. That's LIFE. The ordinary mortuary truth.

KBVI Radio says the bomb squad was called out because they found a package adddressed to BILL GATES behind the courthouse. They conclude it had been part of a Halloween costume.
