This is our daughter, Mai (that's pronounced to rhyme with the English word, 'eye'. She has been a part of our family since her high school days. Originally from Vietnam, Mai is now a part of America and is working hard on achieving the American Dream. She is pictured here with her husband, Thanh, and their four children, who are, from oldest to youngest: Tuan, Tu, Tien, and Ty. And yes, we do sometimes get confused!

Thanh has a degree as a medical technologist and is also very, very good at being a home handy-man. He tackles all sorts of projects, from sheet rock to carpentry, from plumbing to wiring, and succeeds at them all.

The kids are a lively bunch and are a lot of fun to be around. One of their favorite activities is to laugh at their grandmother and myself as we attempt to pronounce a Vietnamese word!
