This, as you may have guessed, is a picture of my wife, Karen,
and me. She is the lovely one and I, of course, am the other one.
It was a classic case of opposites attracting. She was bright
and beautiful; I was dull and ugly. Fortunately for me, she is
a person with a tender heart and she took pity on my bleak odds
for ever finding a wife. Such noble sacrifice! I still worship
the ground she walks on but it is getting a little harder for
me to get down to kiss it. And it has gotten a whole lot harder
to get back up again!
