Poppu was right, it is the Soil of Death! In fact Poppu murmurs that it is the ideal hiding place for Ban. Suddenly he notices Kilvan and Myst. He's trapped. Kilvan and Myst flew intentionally slow so that Poppu could pursue them. Kilvan rotates his scythe some times while threatening Poppu. He then tries to cut Poppu in his chest. But Poppu easily dodges Kilvan's attack, but that's what he thinks because he's hurt though. Poppu doesn't understand but he has no time to think because Kilvan suddenly appears right in front of him. Poppu slays with his cane, but Kilvan disappeared. It seems Kilvan is tricking Poppu with illusions. Kilvan indeed uses his scythe to generate ultrasounds which Poppu can't hear but which have the effect of cheating his senses anyway. Kilvan rotates his scythe again and Poppu is completely paralyzed. Kilvan dashes on Poppu to finish him but someone block's his scythe!!
Fly came to save Poppu and blocked Kilvan's scythe with his glaive. Kilvan tries his ultrasounds on Fly but it doesn't work. Then he notices Fly broke his scythe when they hit. The two parties are now both in a dilemma: they both want to get away of there, but at the same time they both want to fight. Fly and Poppu decide to attack because being inactive won't help them any further. Kilvan and Myst prepare for their assault when suddenly a lightning strikes the sea and Hadora appears. Hadora asks Myst to pursue the fight and thanks him for going to Papunika. Hadora prepares to fight against Fly, he blasts of his clothings and Fly and Poppu can see now the result of the research of the army of Saboera: Hadora has transformed himself into a hyper-malefic creature.
Soon it becomes clear that Hadora is much stronger than Fly, he owns the victor's sword which is of more or less equal strength to that of Fly. And moreover what changed the most in Hadora is not his body, but his way of thinking. He's not the same cruel and perfidious Hadora as before but has become determinate and nobler. He is prepared to give his life to defeat Fly. Fly seems in a very bad position because his dragon sign is fading away. Poppu takes Fly with him and flees to Papunika. But Hadora engages the pursuit and soon catches up with them. Fly asks Poppu to stay away. The latter is surprised because Fly can now use TOBERURA without the dragon sign. Hadora prepares for an attack with his sword charged with hyper-malefic flame spirit. Fly tries to riposte with the bit of magic that he has left. The clash is gigantic and Fly falls in the icy water of the sea between OZAMU and the Soil of Death. Hadora is severely injured and falls in the water too. Meanwhile Myst and Kilvan arrived and Kilvan asks Myst to watch for Hadora while he's taking care of Poppu. Poppu tries to flee again, though Kilvan provoked him to fight, but he's soon caught by Kilvan. Before Kilan can cut Poppu's throat with his scythe, Krokodin saves Poppu. Krokodin can fly over the sea thanks to his giant bird GARUDA. Kilvan asks Krokodin if he will fight with him, but instead of answering Kilvan's question, he throws an energy ball in the sea and creates a wall of water. He takes profit of the situation and hides behind an iceberg with Poppu. Kilvan is angry he once again missed his target and flies away.Meanwhile Hadora comes out of the water. Myst asks if he killed Fly but Hadora answers negatively. When he dashed into Fly, he remembers Fly invoked GIGA BRAKE the technique of his father to block Hadora and protect himself. Though the power of Raiden is not as great as that of Gigaden, Hadora is sure it was Giga Brake.
Poppu and Krokodin turned back to Papunika. Chiu is pissed off that Poppu did such a stupid thing. Hyunkel, who has to stay in bed because of his injuries during the battle against Myst, asks Chiu to forgive Poppu because he's not an adult yet and has difficulties to assume his responsabilities. Poppu is angry that Hyunkel treats him this way because his words hurt much more than those of Chiu. Hyunkel sends Krokodin to search for Fly. Poppu absolutely wants to help Krokodin, but he has no magic power enough to fly. He asks Leona for something to restore his magic, and Leona says that Marine has some sacred water. Poppu thanks the gods and runs to her. Fuam asks Hyunkel if he intentionally talked to Poppu like that. Hyunkel answers that it was better this way because Poppu is the only one who can do something now that Hyunkel has to stay in bed. Soon Poppu catches up with Krokodin and they fly into the direction of Ozamu.
Meanwhile Hadora is convoked to Ban. Before going there he thanks Myst for his help. Hadora thinks he will be punished for his failure this time but it seems Ban is in a good temper. He asks Hadora, who bent for Ban, to look up. Then, for the first time, Hadora can see Ban's face. He's terrified and astonished at the same time. He feels the same fear as when Ban was hidden behind a veil but he's also shocked to see that Ban is extremely old.
