of CD number 1004!
I've added 2 new pages to my site, take a look! I've added a track listing for some of his CD's. Maybe eventually it will be more inclusive, and one of these years I'd like to get lyrics put up. That'll be a big project! I've also got a page through which you can purchase Rick Springfield merchandise!
It all started with a poster on my wall and a '45 entitled "I Get Excited." Okay, they belonged to my sister, who is 5 years older than me. But we had to share a room at the time, so they became mine in that warped, leech-like little sister way. My first crush...Rick Springfield.
I have a confession to make. I haven't always been a die-hard fan. I never watched soap operas, so I didn't swoon over Doctor Noah Drake. I finally saw "Hard to Hold" but it was the "edited for TV" version, without the butt scenes.
My obsession truly started in 1999, when I saw Rick in concert in Wichita, Kansas. He gave an outstanding performance to say the very least. After surfing the net for every possible Rick Springfield related site, downloading a Rick screen saver, buying his Greatest Hits on CD, and subscribing to a Rick Springfield mailing list, I believe I am now a true Springhead.
So here it is, Okielady's Rick Springfield Fan Site. Yeah, I could have been more creative with the name...it's late at night, I'll work on that later! :)
