You and I

Walk with me awhile, down the country road,
Or sit right here beside me by the ocean shore,

Lets watch the sun together as it sets into the

West,
Lets think about the good times that

You and I can hold.

Early morning sunrise, rising in the east,

Dew on rosebud petals,
Stars that blink

There last, until the day is over, and the

Night soon calls them back.

We can sit among the camp fire,

While the flames they dance and glow,

Holding on together while our love just
Simply grows.
A gentle touch, a soft caress, a smile
Upon your face, that alone can warm

My days, and brighten my darkest of nights.

Take my hand, for you've taken my heart,

To which i've given you freely.

Just let my loving arms wrap around you,

So you know my love completely.
