Sep. 2, 1747, Anna Kimberly; in 1764, Anna Dunning was appointed administrix of the estate of John Dunning, late of Stratford; between 1747 and 1752, John made several deeds of land in Newtown, in one of which he names Amos as his youngest brother and already dead; will disposes of property to wife, Anna and the following sons:
1. Abraham.
2. Philo (in 1776, Philo made his brother Abraham, his administrator).
3. Isaac (Note--Granville E. Dunning, living in Bridgeport, Conn., in 1885, said that he was born in Trumbull, Conn., and was the son of Graville, b. 1796 in Monroe, Ct; d. there in 1881; said Granville b. 1796, being the son of Isaac. A sister of G ranville, b. 1796, married a Brookfield man and d. 1883, ae. 90; another sister Eliza (Thomas) lived in Woodbury).
