The third division includes all who have faith in the god of self: all who believe in the gospel of self-esteem, practice faith-in-faith and/or believe in one's own ability to believe (positive "possibility" thinking cult.) The third division of false religion also includes all who trust in good works and as well as all who adhere to the "self-improvement through self-help" ethic. These things have obscured the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. "Dead and hid with Christ in God" (cf. Col.3:3) has been replaced by contemporary Pentecostal/Charismatic theology: by KNOWLEDGE of who "WE" are -in Christ. Instead of counting such vanity as dung -for the excellency of the knowledge of Jesus Christ, knowing who WE ARE in Christ has replaced His command to "take my yoke upon you (i.e., the yoke of obedience) and learn of me."

Apostate teachers have deceived many! Learning to "use" (abuse) spiritual gifts and "exercise" our power and our authority in His name supposedly enables Christians to reign here and now on this earth as kings and priests, -forgetting entirely that (in Christ) it is "...no longer I that live but Christ in me" and that Jesus Himself said: "...my kingdom is not of this world." Jesus Christ is our life (cf.Col.3:4) He is the hope of glory! (cf.Col.1:27) Until the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, "we" must remember that we are first of all, sinners who are saved only by His grace and that (by faith) we are called to be (-and will one day be received by Him in glory) -as saints.

Much of the disintegration of the Gospel has come into the churches through what Paul the Apostle called "oppositions of science" (1Tim.6:20,21) -which he warned would cause many to err concerning the faith. One such "opposition of science" is psychology -which is falsely called a science. Several years ago the Lord told me: "Psychology is the tip of the tail of the false prophet that teaches lies." Psychology is the antithesis of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As Christians we must shun such vain philosophies. Since a Christian is "dead and hid in Christ" -then how much "self-esteem" does a dead man need? Psychology is the wisdom of fallen man. Psychology is a "science" of man's own mind, it is man's own study of himself! (Vanity of vanities!) The practice of psychology: the application of its "principles and techniques" is mankind's vain attempt to better understand, improve, heal (forgive) and even save himself. Ignorantly the churches have perverted the Gospel by combining the wisdom of fallen Adam (-which produces death, not life) with the Gospel of the crucified/risen Christ.

By combining the "sciences" of the mind of man and the abominable practices of depraved mankind with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Christendom has played the harlot, she has joined herself (become one in God's eyes) with Mystery Babylon, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations (false religions) of the earth. Apostate Christianity (once true but now false/corrupted belief system) presents "another Jesus" and preaches "another gospel." This third division of false religion: apostate Christianity is the most deceptive of the three since it is propagated in His Name, under the guise of true faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Outside of these false religions, what else is there? How then can men be saved? The things which are IMPOSSIBLE with MEN are possible with God! (cf. Luke18:27) Salvation is BY GRACE through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast." (Eph.2:8 KJV) Our faith must be in the Lord Jesus Christ and only in Him. Salvation cannot be earned, it is the gift of God. Jesus Christ is the Gift of God: God so loved the world that He GAVE His only begotten Son: Jesus Christ. (cf. Jn.3:16)
