Meet at the Scout hut at 6:30 PM for merit badges.
Meeting at the Scout hut at 7:00 PM.
Welcome back to Scouts. Open house night, refreshmnets
and recruitment. Back to camping basics, preparation for September campout
at the Fort Eustis Boy Scout area, and the Fall Camporee in October. Activities
and skills include: TOT’N CHIP, FIREM’N CHIT, Axe, pocket knife, bow saw
and axe yard safety. Announcement for participating Scouts to bring in
$5.00 next week for food for campout.

Meet at the Scout hut at 6:30 PM for merit badges.
Meeting at the Scout hut at 7:00 PM.
Back to camping basics, preparation for September
campout at the Fort Eustis Boy Scout area, and the Fall Camporee in October.
Activities and skills include: Menu planning, how to pack a backpack, chuck
box preparation. All Scouts bring in $5.00 for food for campout.

Campout - Fort Eustis Scout area
Meet at the Scout hut at 5:00 PM on Friday, hike
to Scout area at 5:30 PM.
Pick up Scouts at the Scout Hut at 10:00 AM on
Sunday morning.
Advancement, lashings, plant and animal identification,
applying Leave No Trace, TOT’N CHIP, FIREM’N CHIT, cooking, camping, fire
starting and fire safety.

Sep 25 Monday
Meet at the Scout hut at 6:30 PM for clean up
of tents and camping gear.
Meeting at the Scout hut at 7:00 PM.
Review of learned skills and review of campout
Announce $7.00 for Fall Camporee (Camp Okee).
