The Early Years
|
I was born in 1961 and spent the first 25 years of my life living just outside of Ipswich. From 1978 till 1986 I worked as a stores assistant / van driver for a local office equipment firm. I have been a bus enthusiast since 1976 and adore the Bristol / ECW combination. My favourite type of bus is the Bristol RE. This is me in Sovereign's Lynx 284 on 20 July 1998.

The London Years
|
In 1986 I moved to London to fulfil my ambition to become a bus driver. I worked at Muswell Hill garage from the autumn of 1986 until its closure in July 1990, and the from Potters Bar garage until I left in July 1997. Here I am looking out the window of Sovereign's Lynx 284 whilst working on 20 July 1998.

The Present Day
|
After leaving MTL London's Potters Bar garage I went to work for Sovereign Bus and Coach in Stevenage, where I remain at the present. I am now 36 yrs old, and live in Sandy, Bedfordshire. The picture to the right shows me on holiday in 1998 in Gran Canaria.
