California Page

We lived in California, Nevada, Utah after the return from Israel. Our parents decided to separate and I would live with both of them over the next couple of years. I moved many times during these years, I think at least 12 times back and forth.

The 5 kids together for the first time in years, seems like everything kept us apart. I was 13, still had those freckles from Israel and wondering what life would bring in California.

This was my juniour high year and I was getting into a lot of trouble in Oakland, California. This was my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary, although, I was not present, it reminds me of these good times. I am often sad that I was gone so long from my family, but the experiences I had in Europe, I will carry for a lifetime.
