Dates or Cancellation
If you need to change the date or time of your appointment or to cancel it.
Please! Please! Please!
Give me at least 24 hours notice of the change!!
(i.e. let me know the day before!!)
Then everything will be fine!
I dislike having to do this but if you do not give me 24 hours notice of any change to your appointment then.......
You will be charged the full price for your session!
As stated, I dislike having to charge clients for missed sessions. Unfortunately when I am not given 24 hours notice I incur costs such as administration, travel, room / venue booking which I must then pass on to you!
Please note that for corporate events the notice period for change or cancellation will be arranged at the time of booking and may be greater than 24 hours.
