
This is a little street-side store in Havana (state owned) where I stopped to purchase some beer. The man holding the box was selling vegetables from his garden.

This is Plaza de la Catedral in Havana, with the Museo de Arte Colonial on the right and the crafts market to the left. At the market one can purchase paintings, jewelery, and other handmade Cuban souvenirs.

This is the entrance to the canal in Havana taken from along Avienda Carlos Manuel de Cespedes. On the right is the Castillo de los Tres Santos Reyes Magnos del Morro, and to the left is the La Punta fortress. A chain used to be hung across the harbor entrance at night to keep pirates out.

Statue of Christ overlooking the harbor from Casablanca. Made of marble, it stands 66 feet high and was completed on Christmas Day 1958.
