This is the Castillo de la Real Fuerza in Havana.

This billboard faces the US Interests Section in Havana, and is said to be the most photographed billboard in Cuba. On the left side stands Uncle Sam, and on the right a Cuban soldier yelling "Hey Imperialists! We have absolutely no fear of you!". That's me standing there in front.
