| GENERAL RULES FOR ALL OPEN CLASSES |
| 1.�Maximum wheel base to be
70" measured from center of rear axle to center of
front axle 2. All machines
must have a kill plug to sled. Power must be interrupted
from battery to ignition. Kill plug must have a 1-1/2"
key ring for easy hook-up. Kill plug must have easy
access. Tech committee will advise.
3. Weights and
brackets will be measured from the center of rear axle
forward and cannot exceed 94"
4. Weights and
brackets cannot exceed 12" out from sidewall of
tires.
5. Maximum
extension of rear weight brackets or weights is 16"
measured from center of rear axle.
6. A 72"
maximum width will be allowed for all Open classes.
7. Alcohol is
permitted but NOT nitrous oxide. Flame retarded suit must
be worn if alcohol is used. (Notify track personnel)
8. Fuel density
is .850 maximum.
9. Must have
functional wheelie bars.
10. No drivers under 14 years of
age. However drivers under 14 may pull in open classes if
their machine if 500 cc?s or less.
11. Maximum
hitch height will be 13".
12. 34"
minimum chain will be used in all Open classes.
