We are Also Keen To Improve Our Manufacturing Process As Per Your Technical Guidance Where Ever Necesarry.

We Have Installed One Deep Tube Well At Our Own Premises To Get Continous Source Of Quality Water For Use And Consumption.

The Capicity Of Our Plant Is To Detrminined By Our Rolling M/c. Each Rolling Can Produce 75,000 no of P.P.Caps In One Shift. So In One Shift Three Rolling Can Produce 2,25,000 no. P.P.Caps. So In Three Shift The Capicity Of Our Plant Is To Produce 6,75,000 nos.Of P.P.Cap per Day. Considering 25 Working Days Im One Normal Month We Have A Capacity Of Producing 2,09,25,000 nos. P.P.Caps Per Month.

7. Sources Of Raw Material :-

The Main Raw Material Require For Manufacturing Of P.P.Cap Is Aluminium Sheet. Both The Major Manufacturer Of Aluminium Sheet M/S Hindalco & M/S Indal Have Their Head Offices In Kolkata. So We Have No Trouble In Getting Raw Material.
