Mare care for the single mare or for your broodmare band. You can leave your mares at East Kiln Farm in confidence, knowing that Jay Mele and his wife, Dawn, have handled hundreds of broodmares and foalings. They have managed many difficult pregnancies, and saved foals that would have died without their assistance. While expert veterinary care is a priority at East Kiln Farm, sometimes things have to be done right away before a vet can get there. Your mares are in the best of hands with Jay and Dawn.

Mares are monitored carefully througout their pregnancy, and are observed with cameras in their stalls as their time to foal nears. They are attended by professionals
at all times.

Foals are handled daily, learning to wear a halter and to lead right from the beginning. Handled by professionals, the foals do not develop the bad habits that can result from improper or ineffective handling.
