Ok, so maybe you don't want to teach your horse how to slide and spin, but you might just be having trouble moving on to the next level.

If you would like to spend some time working with your horse under the guidance of an experienced trainer, then schedule a working vacation at East Kiln Farm with Jay Mele.

You can spend a day, a week, or the whole summer working with Jay to achieve the sort of bond with your horse that you have always dreamed of.

Do you get the show-ring jitters? Can't get your horse to cross water on the trails? Have a young, untrained horse? Jay can help you overcome your own fears and develop the confidence you need to get the maximum cooperation out of your horse.

Jay does not use the quick-fix, ten-day wonder method of training. He starts with the basics. The horse accepts the things Jay teaches because he wants to, not because he is forced to.
