 We in Bulgaria  think it is Europe that has been bombed.

We think US has been targeting the idea for United Europe.

We think that US strongly oppose the idea of United Europe because it might threaten USA world
hegemony. Imagine rich and bigger than USA United Europe: could US fight the unwonted competition
successfully?

We see a confirmation of our reasoning in the dollar stabilization and rise up against the euro
destabilization and falling down as a result of the US war on Yugoslavia.

We also think that the idea of the United Europe is shattered considerably.

European governments have chosen to kill an EUROPEAN country under the arrogant command of
USA - a logical enemy to the idea of an United Europe.

Maybe you will agree with me when you look closely at the US policy all over the world: one finds
heaps of proofs telling the world at large that US is following the ancient rule: “Separate and Master
(them)!”.

Wouldn’t the idea for United Europe make them mad?

The paradox here is that instead of defending the idea and their countries’ interests and future against
the destructive US foreign policy, the present European governments have sidled with their worst
enemy, striving for unquestioned world hegemony without any possible competition at its side!

European countries have participated in the murder of an European country.

The first bomb on Yugoslavia build a thick wall between Europe and the Balkans - that is how we here,
on the Balkans, feel.

Choosing to lick the US boot, Europe has clearly differentiated from the people on the Balkans. Europe
has ALLOWED and EVEN helped profusely the destruction of a Balkan country and is accomplice in
one of the greatest criminal deeds at the end of that century.

Together with their US Masters, European governments have provoked disastrous ecological
catastrophe on the Balkans

They have sentenced all of us here to untimely cancer deaths.

They have issued dead sentences for the born and still unborn children in the region!

What United Europe are we talking about?

Is it possible for the victims to unite with their executioners?

That is the prevailing sentiment here and it is quite logical to be so, isn’t it?

US policy makers have managed to drive in a wedge in Europe.

It well could be one of the many aims of the US war on Yugoslavia.

Till the war we felt a part of Europe and used to laugh at the series of Bulgarian governments, all of
them striving “to enter Europe”. “How stupid - we used to say, - we ARE in Europe, we are not on the
Moon!”

But then Europe drifted far, far away…

It has dawned on us that we might have looked at ourselves as being a part of Europe but Europe has
taken great pains to give us ample proofs that it does not share that sentiment.

Before March 24 when the world was rendered to pieces and then fell on our heads, I used to add
proudly to my address: … Bulgaria, Europe.

Now I add the Balkans: Bulgaria, the Balkans.

A change of identity has occurred.

We are the Balkans people, victimized to the geopolitical interests, the insatiable greediness and avid
strife for world hegemony of a handful of Monsters and their highly paid butchers somewhere beyond
the ocean.

Just like the East Timor people.

Just like the Iraqi people.

Just like the Chiappas in Mexico.

Just like the Columbia people, Haiti, Puerto Rico, Guatemala…

The World.

THEY have cut our wonderful World into bleeding pieces, THEY have served it to themselves and now
THEY are devouring it with obnoxious relish…

Not oil but blood is running down those oil pipes of THEIRS!

Now I look at the Soviet Union with a different sentiment. It was evil but while it existed the two Evils
were balancing and both you and we here lived in comparative peace of soul and body.

But the Soviet Union was kicked to pieces and the only Evil left got unleashed and started its bloody
feast on all of us…

Only a powerful international alliance of some kind opposing US can stop the horror.

I don’t see any other way out.

Is it possible for such an alliance to be created?

This seems like a reasonable question. We will try to answer it. In March of
1999, the Clinton administration announced a bombing campaign against the
Serbian people to end "ethnic cleansing" in Kosovo. At the time, the phrase
"ethnic cleansing" was not a household word. The administration's innuendo
left the impression that bombing Yugoslavia would somehow abort a new
holocaust in its infancy before a resurgence of 1940's style horror.

Unlike what took place in the last extended American military action, the
Persian Gulf War, Congress was not consulted. Of course, America does not
declare war any more. The last time it did was for World War II. In that
case it was necessary, as the lack of a formal declaration of war was legal
ammunition that would be needed to be fired at the Nazi leaders after the
shooting war was over. How could charges of attacking without a declaration
of war be taken seriously if the United States, a major partner in the
Allied forces, had not bothered to declare war itself?

President Clinton has proven to be a master of deflecting the blame for any
of his questionable actions. This is in sharp contrast to former President
Harry Truman, who openly accepted ultimate responsibility. He symbolized
this with a plaque by his desk reading: "The Buck Stops Here." If Clinton
were equally frank, he might install a much larger sign reading: "What Buck?
Nobody Told Me About a Buck. If There Is a Buck, It Must Be the Fault of the
______________. "The blank would be filled in with "Republican Congress,"
"Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy", "NRA", "Culture of Violence," or whomever he
was blaming things on that particular day. One of his favorite tactics is to
lump himself with others so that the blame must be spread out equally over a
group of individuals and so that Clinton cannot easily be singled out, thus
creating Clinton's "human shield" for blame. This is why NATO, and not just
the Clinton administration by itself, went to war against the Serbian people
and bombed Yugoslavia.

Another aspect of the Clinton blame game is to accuse the opposition of what
he himself is actually doing. The psychologists call this tactic
"projection." In the Kosovo War, Clinton sought to evoke Nazi imagery to
vilify the Serbian people. He tried to make the Yugoslavian leader look like
Hitler, so that his own Hitlerian actions would not be noticed. Of course,
this particular tactic was Hitler's own hallmark. Hitler used it against the
Czechs, who had been living peacefully with their German neighbors for
generations in Bohemia. He accused them of committing atrocities against
ethnic Germans. The world believed Hitler; he was given Czechoslovakia on a
silver platter. Earlier, Hitler had used the same technique domestically
against the Jews. He vilified the Jews, so that no one cried out when the
Jews were the victims. The natural reaction was to think: "They had it
coming."

The problem for the Nazis was that survivors lived to tell their story. A
Europe devoid of Jews and devoid of their version of the Holocaust would
leave future generations of Nazis a clean slate to tell their version of
that tale. The official Nazi version of history might claim that the size of
the Jewish population was vastly overestimated due to Jewish propaganda,
that most had died challenging the Third Reich, that some had emigrated,
that others had married non-Jews and were fortunate to have offspring who
lack Jewish traits, and that still others are rumored to still be at large.
A handful of Jews who had survived the Holocaust might be written off as
crackpots. The supermarket tabloids would feature their stories along with
UFO abductions, men who have given birth to babies, the still-living
President Kennedy, Elvis' new job pumping gas in Georgia, and psychics'
latest prediction on when Atlantis will resurface and usher in a golden age
for humanity.

Serbia is where empires go to die: the Ottoman Turks, the Habsburgs, the
Nazis. If too many Serbs remain, NATO will eventually be exposed and the New
World Order sunk along with its Nazi predecessors. So NATO must obliterate
every vestige of Serbian culture. Great Serbs, like Nikola Tesla, must be
transformed into Croats or some other acceptable nationality. The size of
the Serbian population must be cut to an absolute minimum. If possible, each
state must become a NATO-dominated "protectorate," like Republika Srpska.
History must be rewritten to detract from any Serbian accomplishment and to
recast the Serbs to as history's eternal villains.

That is what we mean by genocide. That is why NATO must continue its program
of genocide. Their only alternative is to admit that they have erred
grievously, that they have violated international law, and that they are no
different from the Nazis who attacked Yugoslavia nearly sixty years earlier.

You have read about the racist organization, called "Doctors Without
Borders," which expelled it's Greek chapter, because doctors in the Greek
chapter will treat Serbs are human beings.  Apparently, the non-Greek
"Doctors Without Borders" takes the position that Serbs are not human.

We now learn that there is also a "Clowns Without Borders."  However, given
that "Doctors Without Borders" is such a racist organization, why not let
them use the "Clowns Without Borders" title as well.  The story is available

Perhaps it is fitting that Greece, the nation that, in ancient times,
produced a doctor so legendary that his name is still used in the customary
medical oath, should have the only non-racist chapter of "Doctors Without
Boarders."

We feel that this piece is EXCELLENT.  It was written by Jews who are highly
critical of the general lack of support the Serbs have received in the
Jewish community.  Note the way they speak of the "special relationship"
that the U.S. has with Israel and then remind us that Yugoslavia recently
had a similar "special relationship."

We could not find the magazine on the web, but the two authors have written
several similar works, so we are certain that it is genuine.  Also, we
received the information from the Decani Monastery's "Kosovo Daily News"
service, which has provide us with reliable data for the entire year that we
have been providing our service.

Please forward this your Jewish friends (if you have not lost them all over
last year).  If you have no Jewish friends left, we would encourage you to
send it to your Jewish enemies.  (We think the Jews call that "Hutzva"
(sp.?).  Many Jews respect such acts of courage, so such efforts may not be

NATO in the Balkans: Jews and the Kosovo Crisis

In the beautiful spring of 1999, while Jews were commemorating Shoah and
celebrating Passover, bombs rained down on the sovereign nation of
Yugoslavia. In the United States, major Jewish organizations defended the
thousands of devastating NATO bombing sorties. Many Jews called for ground
troops. Both the mainstream and Jewish press vilified the Serbs and
characterized Yugoslavia as an aggressor nation.  The holocaust analogy was
replayed as it had been during the Bosnian War,  when James Harff, of the
public relations firm Ruder Finn, had boasted to a French interviewer that
Jewish support for NATO in Bosnia was a prize. "By a single move, we were
able to present a simple story of good guys and bad guys which would
thereafter play itself out." " We won," he said, "by targeting the Jewish
audience." He admitted, "Our work is not to verify information, . . . we are
not paid to be moral."

American Jewry did nothing in 1995 when the Croatians, headed by Kosovo
Albanian Lieutenant General Agim Ceku, ethnically cleansed from the Krajina
300,000 Serbs whose roots went back 300 years. American Jews did not
repudiate Croatian President Franjo Tudjman, despite his denial of the
Shoah, and his boast that his wife was neither a Serb nor a Jew.  The
effectiveness of the Ruder Finn campaign was such that most Americans
accepted without question the right of Bosnian Moslems to break away from
Yugoslavia. The US government and the media did not discuss Alia Izetbegovic
as a Moslem Fundamentalist, nor did they remind us that the Bosnian
President never renounced his Islamic Declaration, in which he said, "There
can be no peace between the Islamic faith and non-Islamic societies."

Few Americans know much about Balkan history, and when the war in Kosovo
erupted on the front pages of US newspapers, Americans once again accepted
the "simple story of good guys and bad guys" that cast the Serbs as the
enemy and the Kosovo Albanians as the victims. Jewish acceptance of this
story is troubling. As with the Bosnian Moslems in the NATO intervention in
1992-5 and the Croatian ethnic cleansing of the Krajina in 1995,  American
Jews took sides against the Serbs who had been their only friends in the
Balkans during World War II. Between 1941 and 1945 the Croatian Ustache
government, the Bosnian Moslems, and the Kosovar Albanians, under the
Italian Fascist Albanian government, had murdered over 60,000 Jews and
1,000,000 Serbs.   Jewish support for NATO intervention was troubling for
other reasons. American Jewish organizations tacitly supported the Kosovo
Liberation Army. The KLA was funded in part by reactionary Islamic forces,
the United States, and Germany.   In the "civil war" between 1997 and 1999,
Jews joined in the condemnation of the government of Slobodan Milosovic, and
urged NATO bombing of Belgrade and the rest of Yugoslavia.

Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of Jewish support for the 78 days of NATO
bombing was the facile acceptance of claims such as "genocide" and
"holocaust," terms used again and again to describe the experiences of the
Kosovo Albanians.  A "simple story of good guys and bad guys" got twisted
into an outrageous comparison. 2000 people, one third of them Serbs, died in
Kosovo in the year before the bombing began. There had been fighting between
the KLA and the Yugoslav Army, and civilians and armed forces both perished.
But the media claimed "genocide,"  and the comparison to Shoah was quickly
made. This was a monstrous misrepresentation of the truth which
simultaneously desecrated the experience of Jews in the Holocaust.

During the NATO bombing campaign Kosovo Albanians were placed on trains and
sent to Macedonia and Montenegro. They were sent to NATO and UN-run refugee
camps, not concentration camps. NATO bombardments decimated Yugoslavia. The
Serbs were bombed daily; most of the "Kosovars" were saved.

Albanians in Kosovo had been the first to try to rid the province of Serbs
and Roms in 1981 and 1982, and it was they who used the expression "ethnic
cleansing" to describe their purification campaign.  The KLA is a very
secretive organization, but it is not a recent phenomenon. Kosovo Albanians
from Germany and Albania, whose family roots went back to the notorious
Skanderbeg division which slaughtered Jews, Serbs and Rom people in World
War II, comprised the leading faction of the KLA.   In December 1998, the
State Department wrote an alarming report, which clearly stated, "the KLA
harass or kidnap anyone who comes to the (Yugoslav) police." The report
continued, "KLA representatives had threatened to kill villagers or burn
their homes if they did not join the KLA."   Yet the United States supported
the Kosovo Liberation Army.

Press reports abound linking the KLA to organized crime.  In fact, the
Albanians and their KLA contacts "own" 40% of the heroin trade of Europe.
Their drug lord allies in Turkey provide 75% of Europe's heroin.  We must
ask ourselves as Jews: why are we supporting such a force?

It was clear to observers that Yugoslavia's  "ethnic cleansing" of the
Albanians began only after NATO bombing began.  But Jews here and in Israel
offered asylum and comfort to the Kosovo Albanians.  Did the Jewish press
express compassion for the Serb or Rom victims of NATO bombing?  Where was
the public anguish about the destruction of hospitals, schools, factories,
bridges, railway stations, religious edifices and tens of thousands of homes
in Yugoslavia? Which Jews spoke out against the Balkan ecocide produced by
NATO bombing of chemical factories and the use of Depleted Uranium (DU)
which causes cancer and birth defects?

200,000 Serbs and Roms have been, since the war ended, murdered or driven
out of Kosovo by the KLA forces.  Agim Ceku has been head of the KLA since
February, so he knows the US will turn a blind eye to ethnic cleansing of
Serbs. .

The spin doctors may have manipulated the sympathies of concerned citizens,
but NATO's bombing of Yugoslavia had, according to Le Monde Diplomatique,
"not the least international legitimacy."  The United States fought on the
side of drug traffickers and Nazis.  Germany, in violation of its own laws,
sent its armed forces and Luftwaffe out on military missions against
Yugoslavia. Have we, who pride ourselves on having brought moral law into
the world, abandoned our belief in the Rule of Law?

Have Jews allowed our "moral authority" to be used in the interests of the
expansion of international capitalism against the last socialist nation of
Europe?  There is evidence for this analysis,  but there are other
indications that also significant. The expansion of NATO was a Pandora's Box
that was locked until the dismemberment of Yugoslavia began. NATO
involvement in Yugoslavia was the key that opened Eastern Europe and Central
Asia to NATO expansion, and NATO expansion opened the door to the expansion
eastward of the new Global Economy. NATO's new role in Europe is the police
force for the New World Order.   Kosovo sits atop a five billion-dollar
lead, zinc, silver, cadmium, and gold mine, "the most valuable piece of real
estate in the Balkans."  Kosovo has seventeen billion tons of coal.  The
Danube flows through Yugoslavia and is more important to trade in central
and southern Europe than any other river. The oil and natural gas pipelines
of Europe criss-cross Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia is proximate to the West's next
oil and natural gas bonanza: the Caspian region. The four trillion dollars
worth of petroleum there is the answer to the NATO nations' quest for more
oil. Germany is particularly concerned about this.

These are issues for a Jewish Left that has been convinced that our
interests lie with US policy. All the President's men and Madeleine Albright
support the premise clearly delineated by Richard Holbrooke. "The United
States must lead in the creation of a security architecture that includes
and stabilizes all of Europe."  Yugoslavia enabled the  "expansion of NATO."
The expansion of NATO has more to do with markets than morality.

But US policy supports Israel. Israel could face the loss of US support. Let
us not forget; Yugoslavia once enjoyed a special relationship with the
United States just as Israel now does.

In April of 1999 the Yugoslav ambassador to the United Nations wrote a
letter to several Jewish organizations, begging for support. NATO had bombed
the Bridge at Novi Sad and the adjacent Memorial Park. "The Bridge and the
Park had special significance to Jews and Serbs," wrote the ambassador,
because, "a few thousand Jews and Serbs were summarily executed by the Nazis
and thrown into the Danube under that bridge" on April 1, 1942. But there
was silence; no Jewish organization responded. That silence must be broken.

Let us ask ourselves why we are cooperating with politicians in league with
capitalists, militarists, arms makers, fascists and drug traffickers. Let us
question how we participated in the demonizing of the Serbs, allowing them
to become the world's pariahs.  And let us as ourselves whether we betrayed
the friendship of those who fought and died with us in the Holocaust.  Can
such betrayal of principle be "good for the Jews?"

Listen you! I know a lot of people that have served, and are serving in
Kosovo right now, and they are NOT rapists, war criminals, etc. You are
obviously delusional, or have been seriously misinformed on the whole
issue. Know this, it was BOTH parties that rejected the peace accord
(Slobodan
Milosevic wasn't willing to meet all of the set out requirements to
prevent the mission, and the US State Department did not agree with
the Yugoslavian counter-offer). So, as you can see, diplomacy broke
down, and the bombings, and eventually the invasion were carried out
with little resistance. You socialist bastards have it in your head that
everyone on this planet is caring, and co-dependent. The fact of the
matter is humans are selfish, uncaring assholes who only look out for
their own interests. That is where us "Nazis" have a grip on reality. I
admit, I am extremely far right in my political views, but that is also why
I am able to acknowledge this fact of life. War is a natural occurrence in
human existence. War has existed since humans evolved to understand
it, and it will eventually be our undoing, which is unfortunate, but true.
Get with the fucking program, and realise that lives have to be lost in
order to restore peace, law and order. Peace is not only the absence of
conflict, but the presence of justice. So, I leave you with this message.

of nasty, meancing thing is to take your eye off the ball and get you off

On Monday, as on every other day, Metodije Halauska showed up in the
  morning  at the Center for Peace and Tolerance in Pristina. Mr. Halauska is 86
  years old, but still very strong and mobile for his age. He came to pick up
   newspapers and fresh food as humanitarian assistance from the CPT. He
  chatted with his friends and left the Center's office a bit after 10am.
  The very same day, in the afternoon, his corpse was found in Grmija, a park
  and excursion site near Pristina. He was shot in the back of the head.
  Previously, he had been beaten and had internal bleeding. He was dragged
  out of an apartment in the center of Pristina, barefoot and probably
  wrapped in two blankets, unconscious, by 5-6 persons who carried him to Grmija
  where he was murdered. His body was identified earlier today, Wednesday.
   Metodije Halauska is of Czech nationality. He is not a Serb, to be
  killed,  nor an Albanian to be spared. Yes, he spoke Serbian and above all felt
  like a Yugoslav. Whom did grandpa Metodije harm? Did he kill or attack
  someone?
   Perhaps, he was a war criminal???

   But grandpa Metodije owned a large apartment. He refused to move out the
  apartment even after numerous threats, attacks, break-ins and robberies.
  No one has moved into his apartment so far. They did not steal his dinars,
   because they are worthless in Pristina. But they did kill him because
  they
   did not like the language he used.

   The killing of innocent and really innocent people goes on. Can anyone
  hear
   how people in Pristina, Kosovo, live? Especially Serbs who celebrate
  every
   new day. Does anyone want to hear and see the suffering of a people which
   has been assisted by the whole world?

   We were bombed because we violated human rights, they say. Those who
  bombed
   apparently did that out of their respect for human rights. Where are they
   now?
   Please, send us at least one of those human rights activists, so that we
  can
   treat him with the murder of our grandpa Metodije!

   I am a Serb and they want to disconnect my e-mail account because I write
  in
   Serbian in Kosovo! We are forced to use all sorts of languages, apart
  form
   Serbian. We do not dare leave our apartments and houses without escort,
   while KFOR and the Police check on us periodically. No one can go to a
   store, restaurant, cafe, let alone to a church or cemetery. We are not
   allowed to pray
   for the living, nor to mourn our dead.

   If someone gets this message, the remaining Serbs in Kosovo beg you o
   forward it. Let the world know that out of 20,972 Serbs in Pristina
  before
   the war, about 300 remain, and that grandpa Metodije is gone.

   BRUTALLY MURDERED AN 87 YEAR
   OLD MAN
   April 06, 2000

   Pristina, April 6th - Ethnic Albanian terrorists brutally murdered
  Metodije
   Haljauska, an ethnic Czech aged 87, in Pristina's Grmija Park on Sunday,
   April 3rd, the Center for Peace and Tolerance said
   today.

   The terrorists abused Haljauska in his apartment in downtown Pristina
  before
   they shot him in the back of the head in the park.

   The Center for Peace and Tolerance said the only possible reason for this
   murder could be that Haljauska was not an ethnic Albanian. All
   non-Albanians in Kosovo receive disturbing and threatening phone calls and
   are exposed to constant pressure.

   "Pristina is now a place where extermination is conducted, a place where
   non-Albanian citizens live in prison, and the right to move freely they
  pay
   with their lives", it is emphasized in the statement and a question was
   posed: Who is now going to bomb Pristina because
   of the violation of human rights?

   The center reiterated in its statement that there are no classes in
  Serbian  language in Pristina, no Serb restaurants or cafes, that Serbs cannot move
   freely, even to go to church or the cemetery.

  I am a Kosovar Albanian, currently living in Prishtina, the capital of
  Kosova. I too feel sorry that grandpa Metodije and many other people has
  been so brutally murdered in the time after the NATO and UN took things in
  charge here. I am disappointed with how some of my compatriots behave, and I
  am terrified with some acts of violence that are commited by usually unknown
  people. Acts of revenge, they explain to us - criminal acts done by cowards
  is probably the truth.
  I (and most of the other people living here) are simply tired of war. Tired
  of violence, and tired of other people committing violence in our name. I
  will never support this violence. I want Kosova to be the society where
  Serbs too, will be proud of.

  However, what confuses me most in today's Kosova, is the fact that Serbs
  themselves are behaving as if they don't want to be in Kosovo either. War
  criminals Milosevic, Seselj and Arkan have all had a stronghold within the
  Serbian community here. In any elections organized in Serbia, no democratic
  or civil opposition party has ever won any deputies among the Serbs in
  Kosovo. Serbs in Kosovo have WILLINGLY supported what Milosevic has done in
  their names for years and years in Kosovo. Although Serbs from Kosovo have
  always been the most radical elements of the Serbian nation (not unlike the
  Boers in South Africa), I am infuriated with their unwillingness to face up
  with their dark history and pains they have inflicted with their active
  participation in apartheid system created by Milosevic.

  Even today, while we're speaking, Kosovar Serbs are insisting that their
  police and army should be back in streets of Kosovo. The very same police
  and army responsible for the worst imaginable atrocities.
  Even today Kosovar Serbs are not participating in UN administration and
  giving a hand and rebuilding not only buildings but also souls of Kosova.
  Even today, after 10 years of unprecedented oppression of our minds, and 2
  years of savage war inflicted upon Kosova, Kosovar Serbs are not able to bow
  their heads and simply utter ; "We are sorry". In order to forgive you have
  to be asked for forgiveness.

  I see many bad things happening in Kosova today, from the petty details such
  as dysfunctional public transport system, to the scary stories about mafia
  activities and the sad and frustrating situation of 2000 hostages (war
  prisoners) still being held in Serbian prisons.
  However we are trying. God knows that we are trying to make Kosova a good
  place to live. And the changes are overwhelming. Milosevic left Kosova all
  bloody and ruined, and today anyone with open eyes can see the progress. In
  today's Kosova, Albanian farmers, Canadian and Kenyan cops, NATO soldiers,
  Austrian OSCE officials, British businessmen, UN government officials are
  trying to achieve a common goal - a safe and stabile Kosova. Only Serbs are
  not participating in this process.

  One year has past since Milosevic left Kosova. Sometimes it seems like
  forever, but it's really not. It's too late for many people getting killed
  every month, however we are working as hard as we can to enable that this
  tragedy stops. We need help and we need time. But first and foremost, we
  need to know from our Serbian neighbors why on earth are they still
  refusing to accept the fact that times have changed. It's brave new world
  being build out there and they are not participating in it. For the sake of
  thousands of people massacred last year and grandpa Metodije killed just
  last week, we urge them to say "yes, we are with you".

I too quit the US Reserves because of the bombing of Yugoslavia.
There are those who are quietly upset by the criminal actions taken by the
Alliance.
I am enclosing my "One Anti-NATO American and proud of it" essay.

"Gee, some of you out there in East Europe seem to think that all of us Americans are pro-NATO, brain-deads.
Well not me, at least, not any more! I used to be in the Army National Guard and Reserve and a supporter of the
NATO Alliance's mission. I loved to read NATO documents like the Bible. I wanted to enlist in the full-time army
and be a "peacekeeper" after college. I was a proud NATOite!!!

  But when the Alliance started bombing the civil population of a small East Europe country, labeled its leaders "war
criminals" and allied itself with the narcoterrorist KLA, I felt my honor as a solider and a decent woman had been
dragged through the mud by even remotely being a member of the NATO Alliance! Now, there is no way in HELL
that I would fight the NATO Alliance's racist, criminal war, which there were rumors around my Reserve unit that
we would be sent over.

  So I proudly preserved my honor and told my Reserve unit commander, "sorry sir, but the NATO Alliance can
just kiss my ass!" Now, after the Alliance's criminal attack on Yugoslavia, I look at NATO documents in a different
light. That light is called the BUCK NAKED TRUTH! I felt sort of like I had been lied and cheated on by a best
friend. It was almost the same feeling I had back in high school when I found out my boyfriend was cheating and
lying on me. I felt royally screwed and betrayed!!!

  And I put up my web site, a big one, for my big anger at the NATO Alliance! I spent weeks of my time on my
summer break from college putting it up and promoting it, including targeting it at fellow American service personal,
letters to Alliance and PfP (Partnership for Peace) leaders, and making antiNATO friends. It has message boards
and extensive documents, speeches, especially be George Robertson, articles, real-time updates from KFOR, and
some interesting commentary by me! It was both a labor of love, for the innocents of Yugoslavia, and of burning
anger, for the NATO Alliance. The NATO Alliance, my friends, is nothing more that a military alliance of greedy,
aristocratic madmen, with mad schemes of global conquest!

I see you are shocked of what you call "cheap propaganda mixed with
Jesus Christ". You also accuse the sender that he spreads hatred. There is no
hatred in this posting, sir; I suggest you should read it again.
 IMHO it is obvious that the majority of the so-called "Christian world"
is occupied in bread and circuses as well as in keeping its concsience
"clear", by choosing to ignore what happens under its nose. Yes, there is a vast
majority that remains silent. There are also many people who think they are doing
Christ's work, by invading other countries and by telling peoples what
to do, how to think, whom to vote etc. They even blackmail people that if they
don't do the "right choice" - that is to say, if they don't vote for the
quislings - they will face sanctions etc. Is this what you do to "try to
build bridges between the terrible rivers of hatred in this region"
(Kosovo)?
I have serious reasons to be critical to KFOR's work in Kosovo. There is
a site <http://crash.to/KFORMYASS> that has a special link "Is KFOR unbiased
towards all Kosovo residents?" or something similar. I have visited the site
and, though it is not recently updated, this link - as well as the other links - has
some facts that cannot be denied.
But perhaps the major reason I oppose KFOR is the fact it is an INVADER
in someone else's land. They came into this land by bombing, killing and
destroying. Why should anyone applaud such actions?
You say you don't know many things about WWII. Kosovo problem starts in
WWII, with the Albanian pongroms against Serbs, it goes on with the Tito
policy, that did not allow many Serbs to go back in Kosovo, and goes on with the
terrorist KLA whom you (KFOR) transformed to a kind of local police! As a Greek
proverb says, you put the wolf to watch on the sheep... So dear sir, since you
don't know many things on WWII, don't be so sure you know very well of the
present situation.
Concerning 'why the "liberal western media" has not presented the case
of torture during WWII', I'm sorry but "lack of evidence" cannot "be a good
explanation". Try to find some other explanations. "Cheap propaganda", "mixed
with Jesus Christ" perhaps"?
Last but not least: I too am a Christian, an Orthodox Christian. I do
want forgiveness to prevail. But no one can really forgive without knowing
the situation, being in actual ignorance. And forgiveness cannot be used as
a pretext for calling the spread of truth "spread of hatred".

 using your Christian faith to spread hatred. When you refer to what happened
 during WWII, you just add to the division we are trying to deal with on a
 daily basis. Your site is called Antiwar, but if you are against war, you
 should try to create more understanding between peoples instead of creating
 division.

 Unlike most spiritual leaders and moral teachers, Jesus of Nazareth
 offered no formula for worldly happiness and social order. Just the
 opposite: he told his disciples to take up their crosses (an image he
 used well before the Crucifixion) and to expect suffering. He warned
 them that the world would hate them as it hated Him: it was their
 destiny as Christians.
 After the conversion of the Roman world under the Emperor Constantine, a
 Christian civilization arose and the age of martyrdom seemed to be over.
 Most Western Christians still think of that period as a thing of the
 past, a venerable but remote phase of their history.
 But the most intense persecution of Christianity occurred not in the
 Roman Empire, but in the twentieth century, especially in the Communist
 world. A large part of this story, hidden and ignored, is told in a new
 book by Robert Royal, The Catholic Martyrs of the Twentieth Century
 (Crossroad Publishing).
 It is hard to tabulate or even estimate the number of Catholics and
 other Christians murdered by modern tyrannies. The figure certainly runs
 into the tens of millions, though it isn't always easy to distinguish
 between those killed specifically for their religion and those killed
 for other reasons, ethnic and social. But contrary to recent slanders,
 the Nazis as well as the Communists regarded the Catholic Church as
 their mortal enemy.
 After World War II, Communism's triumph in Catholic Central Europe -
 the bitter fruit of the Anglo-American alliance with the Soviet Union
 - brought ferocious assaults on Catholics. Yet, as Royal observes,
 surprisingly few renounced their faith even in the face of torture and
 death.
 The measure of these Catholics' courage is suggested by part of one
 Jesuit's summary of the tortures they suffered in Albanian prison camps:
 "Most of them were beaten on their bare feet with wooden clubs; the
 fleshy part of the legs and buttocks were cut open, rock salt inserted
 beneath the skin, and then sewn up again; their feet, placed in boiling
 water until the flesh fell off, were then rubbed with salt; their
 Achilles' tendons were pierced with hot wires. Some were hung by their
 arms for three days without food; put in ice and icy water until nearly
 frozen; had electrical wires placed in their ears, nose, mouth,
 genitals, and anus; burning pine needles placed under fingernails;
 forced to eat a kilo of salt and having water withheld for 24 hours;
 boiled eggs put in their armpits; teeth pulled without anaesthetic; tied
 behind vans and dragged; left in solitary confinement without food or
 water until almost dead; forced to drink their own urine and eat their
 own excrement; put in pits of excrement up to their necks; put on a bed
 of nails and covered with heavy material; put in nail-studded cages
 which were then rotated rapidly...."
 As Royal, a Dante scholar, remarks: "The sorrowful litany shows an
 inventiveness in torture surpassing the punishments that Dante, one of
 the great human imaginations of all time, displayed in writing his
 Inferno." No less horrible than the sheer conception of these torments
 is the fact that men were found who could be paid to inflict them
 without fainting.
 Yet the martyrs not only died willingly, but often died forgiving and
 blessing their killers, in the very spirit of Christ. Royal recounts

New pipeline "560-mile pipeline across Bulgaria, Macedonia
                and Albania".
This is my opinion and has been for over a year as to the real "why" of
the war on yugoslavia by klinton.

SOFIA, Bulgaria (AP)- A U.S. company plans to start construction next year of a $1.13 billion Trans-Balkan pipeline linking
Bulgaria's Black Sea port of Burgas with Albania's Adriatic port of Vlora.

Laying the 560-mile pipeline across Bulgaria, Macedonia and Albania will take up to four years, said Ted Ferguson,
president of the New York-based AMBO Corp., which will build the pipeline.

The facility will have a daily capacity of 750,000 barrels of crude oil, which will be supplied by tankers from Russia to an oil terminal near Burgas, Ferguson said.

He said the main objective of the project was to cut transport costs of Russian oil, which is now shipped by 150,000-ton
tankers across the Black Sea, the Aegean and the Mediterranean.

Under the project, financed by an international consortium, the bulk of the Russian oil is to be loaded onto 300,000-ton tankers
in Vlora and reach, at lower costs. consumers in northwestern Europe and on the east coast of the United States, Ferguson
said.

                     Kosovo’s Gun Control:

   How NATO and the UN disarm victims and keep them disarmed.

INTRODUCTION:

This is not the first - and will by no means be the last - regarding the problem of
American, NATO and UN involvement in Kosovo and the Balkans. I am writing
these papers to alert fellow American patriots - especially - to the outright
tyranny and injustice - and hypocrisy - that Clinton’s “new NATO,” along with
Clinton’s “new humanitarian military” and the United Nations are reeking in the
Balkans. What follows and is instrumental in the Balkans - now in Kosovo - is
the abolition of private firearm ownership and disarmament of especially those
that the UN/NATO forces deem a “security threat” and their criminal allies want
to kill and oppress (see footnote 24).

Some Americans currently in Kosovo are not at all pleased with what Clinton’s
“new NATO” and the United Nations have done in the province. They have
seen the living - real-time - hypocrisy of the gun-grabbing, racist, humanitarian
left and their criminal friends in the Kosovo “Liberation Army” (KLA). A police
executive sent this letter to his family over Christmas 1999 regarding the
practices of UN/NATO’s “Government of New Kosova.” The letter was
forwarded to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and appeared in article by Jack Kelly:

     How many victories such as this can Americans stand?

     In a Christmas letter to family and friends, a senior executive of the police academy the
     United States is running for the United Nations in Kosovo said:

     "This place is one big lawless s-hole. The Mafia is taking over and thepolice are losing
     control of the population to the TMK/UCK(1). The U.N. police are about as effective
     as a fire in hell. . . . The Americans want to do something but are always rejected
     because some tree hugging bleeding heart thinks we're too oppressive in our law
     enforcement tactics. We want to do a good job, but politics and other things won't let
     this happen. This place will turn out like Haiti and Bosnia."

     This executive, who will not be named here in order to protect him from the wrath of
     the Clinton administration, described in his letter the criminal activities of the
     TMK/UCK, the Albanian guerrillas on whose behalf we intervened in Kosovo.

     He went on to say: "Sometimes I think we backed the wrong side. We should have
     just let Slobo take these idiots out . . . We now help the Albanian Kosovars with their
     ethnic cleansing of the Serbs. Sometimes I wonder what the hell we are doing." The

No- this police executive is not alone - and when those men and women in America’s
military return home from Kosovo- they may very well look in the mirror and strongly
asking themselves:

What in HELL was I doing over there?!  I took part in helping the ethnic cleansing and cultural
genocide of a centuries old group of humans - the Serbs. . .and I disarmed these victims and looked
the other way as the Albanian Mafia and KLA terrorists terrorized and killed the very people I
disarmed!

What if I was a Serb and I had been MY family in a Serb village in Kosovo?!

With no right to defend myself and my family. . . I am very sorry to these poor Kosovo people!

Above all - we know that the NWO wants to disarm us here in America. Kosovo may -
and can - happen here in America. Kosovo is a s***hole, where no one - other than the
UN/NATO government and their KLA lackeys are “allowed” to own a firearm to defend
himself.  We need to remember and not forget the Kosovo Serbs - and others - under
UN/NATO/KLA oppression in Kosovo - who have been disarmed and had their right to
self-defense criminalized - and who suffer immensely in Kosovo for it. We need to
watch ALL the actors in Kosovo - not just the UN.

 
NATO/UN Tyrannical Terror- “To insure oppression - make damn sure the
victims are disarmed!”

After Yugoslav forces pulled out of Kosovo and the UNMIK (United Nations Mission In
Kosovo) and NATO’s KFOR (Kosovo Force) moved in, British General Micheal
Jackson, commander of KFOR, and Senor Sergio de Mello, United Nations High
Counsel for Refugees gave a press press conference in Pristina on June 21 (2).

Among some on the questions the grandfatherly General had to dodge was the inaction
of KFOR troops to looting and burning of Serb houses and villages. To this Jackson
answered:

          I think actions speak louder than words and if you have . . . hovering around potential
          flashpoints. . .I would be extremely surprised!

Hummm. . .let’s read between the lines of that one! "Police" are not obligated to defend
anyone?!(Kates 1997).

Shortly after, the question regarding the ownership and possession of firearms can up.
Some where wondering if the KLA would be allowed to keep their Kalashnikovs and
pistols, as mementos. After all, it seemed out of the question to the press corps that the
Serbs - of all people - should have arms! General Jackson seemed rather unsure about
the possession of small arms. So he turned the question to UNHCR’s Sergio de Mello.
Mello had a stiff answer for the press corps and NATO General Jackson regarding what
the UN had in mind:

I may not have told you that one of the first regulations that I shall issue -- jointly I hope with
General Mike -- is on the acquisition, possession and bearing of small arms. We have to impose a
very strict control over all types of weapons, including pistols (3).

Disarming the victims while allowing the criminals to roam free, doing as they please.
This is the same song and dance their are trying on us Americans and continue to try to
do. Take away gun rights from the law abiding and only the criminals will have guns.
This is so very real and true in Kosovo. As far as the disarming of the KLA and
Albanians capable of violence against Serbs and other law abiding Kosovo residents
as “revenge,” this highly suspect (4) and the lapse in memory as to what weapons
members of the narcoterrorist gang (5) KLA could keep by General Jackson could have
been quite covenant for NATO.

Michel Chossudovsky (1999) observed Jackson’s lax and cavalier mentality in the UN
mandate to collect all weapons as well as the KLA’s effort to ethnically cleans Serbs
and wipe out their churches from Kosovo (6).

          The massacres of civilians in Kosovo are not disconnected acts of revenge by civilians
          or by so-called “rogue elements” within the KLA as claimed by NATO and the United
          Nations. They are part of a consistent and coherent pattern. The intent (and result) of
          the KLA sponsored atrocities have been to trigger the ‘ethnic cleansing’ of Serbs,
          Roma and other minorities in Kosovo.

          In turn, KFOR Lieutenant General Sir Mike Jackson has commended his KLA
          counterpart Agim Ceku (7) for his ‘efforts undertaken’ to disarm the KLA. In fact,
          very few KLA weapons have been handed in. Moreover, the deadline for turning in
          KLA weaponry has been extended. ‘I do not regard this as noncompliance’ said
          Commander Jackson in a press conference, ‘but rather as an indication of the
          seriousness with which General Ceku is taking this important issues’ ( p.6-7).

Perhaps Gen. Jackson did not know about “General Ceku’s” past as a commander of
the Croatia’s military that killed and ethnically cleansed thousands of Serbs, many
elderly, from the Krajina in August 1995. The truth is that “General” Agim Ceku is an
indicted war criminal who likes to kill the elderly in Serb populations (Elich 1999). To
have a population disarmed with a politically correct criminal and tyrant like Ceku
running around with all the guns just proves that with gun control only the criminals and
the government will have all the guns, with the law abiding disarmed and easy prey.

One of those Serbs who put her trust in the NATO/UN administration to “protect” her and
her family from KLA violence in Kosovo was Dostena Filipovic. She was interview by
reporter Greg Elich (1999) in Belgrade shortly after she fled the NATO/UNMIK’s
tyrannical, criminal rule in Kosovo. Filipovic talks about how KFOR demanded that Serb
men turn in their weapons and were not allowed by “powers that be” to stand guard and
defend their families as their homes were taken by KLA tyrants and criminals (8):

          We had spent two nights in that village. Serbs were not allowed to stand guard, only
          Albanians. Then KFOR called all the Serbian men to surrender their weapons and
          gave the weapons to the KLA. After two nights we decided to leave. KFOR
          organized our column. Then we noticed that a truck full of Albanians arrived: our
          neighbors.

          We had never had trouble with the neighbors. We didn’t take anything from anyone,
          but KFOR had collected all our weapons. . .so we were easy prey.

          Without Clinton, without outside support, our neighbor wouldn’t dare do that. KFOR
          gave them arms - they took the arms from us. We left our homes, with our naked souls
          and nothing else (qtd in Elich, p. 7).
 

When crime goes up, continue to disarm the victims?! This is the twisted logic of
political correctness and the Clintinista - style, Dixie Mafia tyranny of NATO and the
UNMIK in Kosovo.

KFOR continued to not disarm the terrorist organization KLA, nor the Albanian terrorists
groups that kept up their armed ethnic cleansing, home and church burning reign of
terror, but KFOR moved to go on weapon searches and arrest more Serbs(?!) NATO
demanded that all Serbs hand in their weapons by the 21st of August (1999) or face
arrest. Dutch and German KFOR troops had posted signs through out the Serbian
neighorborhood and the names of Serbs that NATO believes had weapons given to
them by Serb police (9).

After snipers of Albanian ethnic background took over an apartment tower and went on
a sniping campaign in the town of Kosovska Mitrovica (actually a ghetto for Serbs), the
first thing NATO the mouthpieces at the New York Times did was demonize the
oppressed and disarmed Serbs in the Kosovska Mitrovica Serb Ghetto as “Milosevic’s
troublemakers“ (10).

What NATO and the UN then did was - not search the homes of KLA and Albanian
terrorists and troublemakers - but go on brutal searches the homes of Serb in the
Mitrovica Ghetto. The oppressed and disarmed Serbs in the ghetto met the mainly
American gun grabbers - described as the most brutal by the ghetto residents - with
rocks, bottles and snowballs, the only weapons left to them to fight NATO/UN tyranny
(11).

Kosovo Kristallnacht.

The gun grabbing episodes are often used by NATO/UN forces to not only
disarm vunlnerable Serbs, but to harass and intimidate. The whole point of this
Albanian -KLA and NATO’s KFOR is to kill or force the remaining Serbs to flee.
Signs directed at Serb neighborhoods ordering Serbs to turn in their weapons
and disarm often announce “if you respond to this, you will be freed of
punishment” Following this guarantee of amnesty is a deadline and the
warning that peacekeepers will begin searches of houses and “if we find any
weapons - you will be arrested“ (11). The NATO/UN jackbooted prohibition on
especially Serbs having weapons - the right to defend themselves - and the
vigorous and sometimes brutal gun grabs aimed primarily at Serbian
neighborhoods and ghettos is reminiscent of the Nazis prohibition on the
Jews' possession of guns. This regulation was enacted the day after
Kristallnacht (12).

For the Serbs in Kosovo, just about everyday since June 12, 1999 has been
Kristallnacht somewhere in the Yugoslav province. Since that time, Kosovo
Serbs have been the subject of genocidal attacks by the Kosovo “Liberation
Army” (KLA) while NATO’s KFOR (Kosovo Force) and the UN Police have
provided a secure environment for the destruction of what the Serbs regard as
“their Jerusalem.” “Kosovo and Metohija are as much the home and promised
land of the Serbs as Jerusalem is of the Jews.”(13). One of the constant factors
in this are vigorous weapons searches by KFOR and the UNMIK, especially
aimed at Serbs and other KLA targeted minorities (14). It appears as if both
NATO and the UN want to keep those who need to protect themselves the most
unarmed and unable to defend themselves.

The genocide that is developing in Kosovo . . . as if Serbs did not exist at all?!
In order to define the destruction in Kosovo as a “genocide,” it must fit the
definition of genocide defined in Convention on the Prevention and
Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. Article two defines just what is
“genocide” a) Killing members of the group; (b) Causing serious bodily or
mental harm to members of the group; (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group
conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or
in part;(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (e)
Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group (15). Also add to
that the destruction of the culture "is to expel all Serbs, the second is to
eradicate all trace and witnesses that could serve as evidence that the Serbs
have existed at all” (16).

In the absence of any right to self defense, and therefore, armed resistance,
coupled with a lack of concern for their possession of guns by the UN/NATO
administration, Albanian - KLA criminals soon went to work. Among some of
their favorite genocidal agendas against Serbs is to blow up Orthodox
Christian churches, some hundreds of years old :

          Serb clergy say more than 70 churches have been attacked, and

priceless icons and frescoes dating from the golden age of the medieval

Serb Orthodox church destroyed. Saying graffiti on vandalized walls

proves the guerrilla Kosovo Liberation Army is involved.

There is a concerted attempt to wipe out all trace of the Serbs' cultural

history in Kosovo.

- The Church of the Holy Virgin in Musutiste, built in 1315. Frescoes painted in the following years
were among the finest examples of medieval wall-painting in the entire region. The church was
looted, burned and mined by explosives.

- The Church of St. Nicholas in Prizren, which is said to date to 1348 or earlier, and which
contained medieval icons. Five explosives went off, causing extensive damage.

- The Monastery of the Holy Trinity near Musutiste, built from 1465 on. It held a unique library of
manuscripts as well as a collection of recent icons. The monastery was first plundered, then burned
and finally leveled with explosives.

- The Monastery of the Holy Archangels in Gornje Nerodimjle, built in the 14th century, renewed
and extended in 1700. The monastery was looted and burned; a great pine tree, said to date from
1336, was  chopped down and burned; the cemetery was desecrated.

          Some of the buildings were jewels of European civilization. Now they are rubble (17).

There are ghettos in Kosovo and what could very well be detention/concentration
camps for Serbs and non-Albanians. One such ghetto for Serbs is Orahovac, where the
Dutch and German KFOR troops admit that they are only present to protect Albanians.
Three women who escaped describe the ghetto as something like the Warsaw ghetto
where Jews where crammed into. This ghetto is patrolled by the Dutch Yellow Riders,
who are “searching for Serb war criminals and weapons.” In fact, since the arrival of the
Dutch, crimes against Serbs have gone up (18). Yep - the Dutch are great
“peacekeepers,” so much so, bet they can’t wait to do it again - somewhere else.

There are reports of concentration camp like prisons in Kosovo an Albania for Serbs.
Activists of the Helsinki Committee, like Sefko Alomerovic, have reported that there are
various camps around Kosovo and that KFOR knows about it:

          "Through the relatives of one of the prisoners we reporter the existence of

the concentration camp in the former Social Insurance Administration to

KFOR in Kosovska Mitrovica. KFOR carried out a raid, surrounding the

building with a large number of troops, and it looked like they meant business.

When the went to the door of the concentration camp and knocked, two

Albanians came out and said that there was no concentration camp or

prisoners there. Can you imagine, the two Albanians refused to allow a large

number of armed KFOR troops to carry out a search of the building. They

permitted this only the next day. At that time the KFOR patrol found

approximately 50 KLA soldiers in the building” (19).

Also - the Kosovo Serbs, unlike their Albanian neighbors are subject to arbitrary arrest
and being place on “arrest lists” by the NATO and UN forces. After a demonstration in
which protesters smashed up the offices of the UN tyrants, several Serbs where placed
on a secret “arrest lists” and brutally arrested by KFOR troops.

More often than not - those Serbs who are and were arrested were promant members
of the Kosovo Serbian community on the basis of anonymous reports with NO evidence
- what so ever - that they have committed a crime. This also includes altered
indictments as an excuse to hold the person in custody (20). There is also the a big
problem with “court” that are partial in favor of Albanians and long detentions without
trials that Albanians are not subjected to (21). Injustice and phony arrests reign supreme
in Kosovo and are another way for UN/NATO forces and sympathizers of KLA terrorists
to exercise their tyrannical terror on the Kosovo Serbs. There are mounting reports,
including from the Red Cross and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in
Europe (OSCE) of the murdered and the missing, the burning homes and villages
(OSCE 2000).

I feel that firearm ownership and self defense is a God given right. The Serbs and
others who where duped and threatened by NATO and the UN forces to give this
BASIC HUMAN RIGHT. These same New World Order lackeys are allowing and even
giving arms to the criminal KLA gang, are now paying for this horrible mistake in the
destruction of their homes, families and churches -their civilization.

Kosovo Lessons - “Giving up your Liberty Teeth Means Becoming a Victim!”

First - what I am not saying here is if the Serbs and others groups prone to
NATO/UN oppression would have kept their weapons they would have driven
out the NATO and UN forces, who posses tanks, Apache attack helicopters and
a large supply of troops. The Serbs, Roma and other NATO/UN oppressed
minorities would have been eventually killed off by NATO/UN forces.

However - what I am stating here is that the price of oppressing the Kosovo
Serbs would be much higher if they were armed to the teeth like their KLA
Albanian neighbors. Recall the Serb refugee lady how KFOR demanded that
Serb men turn in their weapons that were then given to their Albanian
neighbors. Recall how KFOR gave extensions for weapon turn ins to
KLA-Albanian, while brutally searching the neighborhoods of Serbs when the
deadline for amnesty turn ins was expired. This allowed the Serbs to be
victimized by KLA criminal - who retained their arms.

If the Serbs had remained armed and had formed defense units - instead of
falling for the NATO/UN lie that the KLA would be disarmed (22) and they
“would be safe” - image the uncertainly in the slimy head of a KLA gang leader
thinking about attacking a village of Kosovo Serbs who are fully armed and
prepared to defend themselves (23). The KLA marauders would have second
thoughts - no doubt. Those who wish to do damage often conceder the
damage that they will receive from those who they plan to attack (Polsby and
Kates 1997). If Serb villages were armed and had their right to form a collective
defense with other villages, the cost to KLA terrorists in lives of their fellow
gang members would go up and many attacks would not have even taken
place.

          On the other hand, the presence of firearms on both sides of a contest often allows
          weaker victims to overcome aggressors without significant loss to them. For instance,
          marauders attacking a house or town have often been defeated by a far outnumbered
          party of defenders armed with guns . . .

          When the victims have guns, the overwhelming advantage otherwise enjoyed by
          physically superior or more numerous aggressors is diminished. One consequence of
          an effective ban on citizen firearm ownership is to weaken the weak and strengthen the
          strong . . .because gun bans are never universal. By definition they do not operate on
          people whom government illegally supplies with guns. . .( Polsby and Kates 1997:
          3).

Kosovo - however - is a situation where the politically correct - the KLA Albanian
terrorist gang was slowly disarmed, allowed to keep their weapons and given weapons
by KFOR and not subject to the same vigorous, brutal weapons searches that Serbs
and their ghettos were subjected to.

Kosovo is a living labatory of not only the effects of disarming the victims - but
demonstrates than both the UN and NATO would like to keep guns for themselves, for
“he who has the gold - and the guns - makes the rules.” Much like the Jews in Nazi
Germany, it is far less costly to disarm you prey before eating it. The disarming of
dissenters and/or minorities by governments so they may be victims private violence -
perhaps encouraged by government - has been used as national policy (Kates 1997). It
is quite clear that the UN/NATO - NWO knows what it is doing in Kosovo and that the
agenda IS NOT total disarmament, but to the take “liberty teeth” out ofthe hands of free
people and policital enemies of the New World Order. An armed people is a free
people (Kates 1997) and Kosovo, especially with a disarmed, oppressed minority and
an “army” of narcoterrorists now labeled an “army,” is very much a UN/NATO
imprisoned country.

If the “New Kosova” is what the UN/NATO New World Order has planned for “global
governmence” then, my fellow Patriots, it is time to lock and load ! These tyrants in the
UN, NATO and their NGO’s see the world in very much “global” terms, so do not think
that this cannot happen here in America! Already, there are rumblings that we need to
“control small arms in the name of human rights” (25). Well - from what I have seen
“human rights activists,” who are often quite racist themselves, “human rights” are only
for the UN/NATO and Clinton Administration “chosen few,” the rests of us can just be
damned!

“I hate to be the first one!” That remark of Bruce Willis’ might be repeated by “Monitor” re all the
subjects, connected with the USA presence in the Balkans and Bulgaria.

We have published several times the truth about the US invasion, and we have noticed that usually
the things develop after the same pattern.

First stage: firm denial on the part of the powerful ones (as if they are arrested communists in the
interrogation room!)

Second stage: painful admission.

It was just so when the Yankee demanded bases in Bulgaria. While one of the ruling “elite” was
denying it, other had already been admitting it. At the end everything had proved to be just as
“Monitor” had announced it.

The same had been repeated also re the CIA center in Sofia, about which we wrote even as early
as the last year.

It was the same in connection with the meetings of the Yugoslavian opposition’ activists with
Ambassador Miles and USA spies that took place last year too in “Sheraton” Hotel, Sofia. “There
is no such thing” -Miles lied first, but then he had to admit that he had shared a meal with them.

Now our warning, announced while Tenet was still in Sofia, has proved to be true too. All the
pretentious analyses in connection with the CIA Boss’ visit are reduced to CIA brutal ordering to
the Bulgarian rulers of today - namely, to keep selling our country sovereignty, providing another
country spy organizations with a terrain from which to work against a neighbouring country...

According to a BBC information a ten-day special course starts in Sofia since today (August
28). In that course USA spies will lecture to Serb activists from “Otpor”.

What exactly will Uncle Sam’s spies lecture to the Serbs? Maybe how to organize a procession
with beating on empty pots and pans? A CIA trade mark, accompanying the coups, and used in
Brazil in 1961, in Chili in 1973, and in Bulgaria in 1990. Or, maybe, the Serbs will be taught how to
destroy and set fire to a Parliament building? It was tried on in Sofia in 1997.

There are many ways to destabilize a Balkan country but on principle, the specialists from beyond
the ocean do not rack their brains uselessly and do not rely on imagination. They follow strictly the
standard ranger method.

It seems that for the USA Latin America has moved to the Balkans. And the Bulgarian ruling men
and women are no more than the puppets of colonels, which Washington used with gusto during the
colonization of the territory to the south of the Panama Channel.

The saddest thing in that squalid story is that both our rulers and we know well what the future has in
store for the puppets and the go-betweens in that dirty game..
