Players

Our changeling game has been closed these are the last heroes of the realm

Tom Caterall - plays Valeria a female eshu.  She is very close to his personality in real life.  She is full of good stories, and gets along with everyone she meets.  Tom can develop intertwining personalities as in a town scenario like no other.  Each character is richly detailed with interweaving plots mingled with subplots.  Interesting that he should pick a story teller character, that could tell the tales that he can create.

Rob Dixon - Plays (Echo), a satyr; that stutters, likes women but is afraid of them, can fight but will not draw blood, and has a young dependent that gets into trouble.  He has his hands full.  Echo has become more of a leader as time go by and his strong silence is felt in every scenario.

Tony is BACK!  I are not saying his last name though you may recognize him from television. Tony is playing a Sidhe Nobel Siddhardtha. Accompanied by his Troll Companion, his wealth and aristocratic position are always obvious. He pays no mind to people of less than his station, and has problems fitting in other cultures and lifestyles. Tony play the character well.  He holds true to his personality even though his position combined with his character personality, could cause him as many problems an it helps him. He is a fine role player and it is great to have him back for a year.

I am PROUD to introduce Jamie Caterall to our game.  He is a second-generation player, since his dad has been gaming with me since 1976!  To get his feet wet Jamie started out playing Tony's (Siddhardtha) Troll companion. His first night he came up with a quote that will be included our hall of fame sayings. Caught in a desperate battle he inquired about his Nobel superior. "If Siddhardtha dies do I get all his stuff?" A hilarious start for this young, but colorful player.

I am playing in a Changeling game now as a human (talk about a disadvantage) in one of the best written games there is.  It is truly an honor to play in my friend Todd Nilson's "Greening" game.  It is filled with  finely crafted stories, and Celtic lore.  I can say that Todd played as a 14? year old in a few of my scenarios a million years ago, and with his degree in Medieval History I am honored to be included as a player in his world.

Finally a word a bout Runequest. Take it from me, I have played a lot of game and RQ is one of the best written systems there is.  White Wolf , as well as Dungeons and Dragons could learn a lot about math and how to set up better die rolling tables.   RQ is fast, realistic, and if you ever find a copy, I strongly suggest you grab it.
