Brief Description (physical appearance & personality):
Long reddish-brown hair, somewhere between nicely wavy and frizzy. Olive-green eyes, heart-shaped face, really full rosebud lips. Tall. Not thin-sort of muscular. Big, man-sized hands.
Personality: Born to walk the stage. Stutters and talks funny at all times--except when performing. Slightly flighty in a friendly, confiding, bubbly sort of way. Tries to do too many things at once. Does not work well with others. Sometimes irritating. Unselfish, but at times in a self-centered way. Prefers to work alone. Objective and calm in calamity.

Special Abilities and/or Channelling Strengths:
Weak channeller. Expert swordswoman, but have been mostly trained in staged combat. Paints only watercolor dragons. Sings well and has some musical training. Same applies to dance. A well-rounded essayist and poet, though not one of the best by far. She lives to act.

History:
Jae was born 18 summers ago (exact time unknown). Her mother died during childbirth, and she was raised by her father and the rest of the actors in his travelling troupe. At 17 her father arranged a marriage for her with another actor in the troupe, and she ran away. For some time she wandered alone for awhile, performing in inns and such to earn a living until she heard about the Purple Tower and decided to drop in to see what we were about. She has not heard from her estranged father since she left the troupe--a major source of grief in her life.
