Pheasant Ridge Estates Inc. is a beautiful manufactured home park. Conveniently located just off of Sunnyside Drive, at 398 Farm Lane in Cadillac. Pheasant Ridge is a locally owned and operated. Serving Cadillac's housing needs for over 20 years. We are friendly, family oriented, neighborhood watch community with over 150 residents and 34 vacant sites, two of wich border the beautiful fairway of McGuire's Golf Course.

We offer afordable housing, including Rent-To-Own and Pre-Owned homes, within the Pheasant Ridge Estates community, and the ability to special order homes to place on vacant sites or on private land. We carry a variety of Holly Park and Skyline homes, with ready to move in models on site! Amenities included in the lot rent are city water and sewer usage, rubbish pick-up, and summer yard waste program. Additional storage for RV and other vehicles is also available. Pheasant Ridge Estates staff has an extensive background in manufactured home sales and financing. Additionally, Pheasant Ridge has an experienced, full time maintenance/service staff to serve the daily needs of our residents; this includes mowing, snowplowing, repairs, and other general maintenance items. We offer routine seasonal maintenance inspections so that our homes remain in excellent condition year round; and for our snowbirds, this includes complete winterizing of your home before you leave, and re-opening upon request when you return.

For only $38,000.00, you can order a custom built home with 1,344 square feet of living space, drywall, or vinyl interior wallboard, with free central air!
