Site Rental Fees & Amenities

Site rental fees are based upon location. Sites bordering the interior landscaped parks and those,
which overlook the golf course (McGuires Resort), will rent at a higher rate than those which do not.
Effective June 1, 2002, the following site rental fees apply:
Non-Park Zones $255.00 per month
(sites: 1-22,26,27,33,34,38,39,45-54,65,66,69,70,81,82,186,187,193,194)
Park Zones $265.00 per month
(sites: 23-25, 28-32, 35-37, 40-44, 55-64,67,68,71-80, 83-99, 100-112, 188-192,195,196)
Pet Fee $10.00 per month
Monthly site rental fee includes:
CITY UTILITIES including water and sewer usage
RUBBISH PICK-UP including the use of a container on wheels.
RV STORAGE AREA : Free parking area for your boat, camper, utility trailer, snowmobile or additional vehicles located at the maintenance building provided that space is available.
*Security Deposits
A security deposit equal to the first month's rent shall be required at the time application is made. Security deposit amount varies depending upon site choice: $ 255.00 or $265.00.
