biography
I guess I'm just your average slash junkie but have I always been this way? I must admit, though I used to read some fantastic Lexx fics and other stuff, I never actually put pen to paper (or in my case, fingers to keyboard) to do some of my own. That is, until a certain influence (you know who you are, babe ;op) in my cyber-life prompted me to take my love of writing to another, slashier (and much happier) level. And now I just can't stop writing the stuff (I dread to think how many years it has been!) and everything else is left in the wayside! |
Strangely enough, I consider myself a thoroughly serious motor racing fan who has little time for groupies etc and can actually conduct a highly coherent conversation on the the various sports, despite my little perchance for slash. You never would have guessed, right? I just don't see why I can't be a serious racing fan *and* indulge my love of slashing my favourite guys. The two are perfectly compatible in my opinion and I know of plenty others who feel *exactly* the same.
So with the internet, Lorelei was born - my alter ego, my darker side. My Perdita, I guess (for anyone who's read Terry Pratchett's books). I just gave her life and let her loose on the unsuspecting web world. Oh dear, what have I given rise to?
Anyway, if you have any comments on my fics, about the site or just want to e-mail me for a chat, then try me here. Alternatively, there is my fiction LiveJournal Obelisque which is friends only but feel free to add me as a friend so you can receive updates as and when I make them. I have also been responsible for further corrupting innocent minds with the setting up of the F1Slash Community on LiveJournal, a most convenient and entertaining way of spreading the slash word.
Current favourite pairing is still Ralf/Juan because they're just so cute together (see pic above) and I've been writing waaaay too much incest *looks innocent and fails*
