To save a .bmp file to a .jpg file, open the .bmp file in "Paint" (usually found in the start menu under Accessories)
With the File open in Paint, choose File, Save As...
and change "save as type" to
"JPEG (*.JPG; *.JPEG; *.JPE; *.JFIF)"

Keep in mind that this is if you have windows XP, previous versions may have slightly different choices.

Updated Members Page, and downloaded and trying EQIM
to get it to work for our server I had to add "/nopatch" in the shortcut, and change the line
"<Server namespace="tarew" id="64" name="Tarew Marr"/>" to
"<Server namespace="marr" id="64" name="Tarew Marr"/>"
in the file "serverinfo.xml" in the EQIM directory
