To join Mind Waves you must first meet
several reqiurments:

Your site must not contain pornography,
warez, racial, bias, or prejudice remarks.

You must already have a banner
located on the WWW with a valid URL. Banner size must be 400x40, GIF or
JPG, and under 15k in size.

If you do not have a banner
we have several pre-made banners that
you may chose from

You may have no more than one
banner on any single page.
