HEY, welcome to my links page. This site doesn't cover every thing you need to know about music.... because that would be impossible. But.. you can better yourself by visiting other websites and listening to other people's opinions. So, here are some links.
This first one seems really weird, but I just HAD to put her link on my page because she's helped me out so much. It was her "iguana" page that inspired me to do this, so I thought, "why not."
The next one here is the site for the Empire State Youth Orchestra, which I am a member of. It's a really neat program. It's under revision because the conductor of one of the orchestras quit his job because he couldn't stand driving from Boston to Albany every tuesday.
The next link here is to a piano web ring.
This next one is another ring. It's created by a living composer. It's sort of fun to play music written by living composers because you can ask for their input and what they want. (I learned that the hard way... if you're reading this.) Remember, always be able to take constructive critism.
