  1. To read the dispensation to convene the meeting.
  2. To open the Lodge.
  3. To read the summons convening the meeting.
  4. To read, put for confirmation and sign the minutes of 380th regular meeting held on 2nd Feburary 2001.
  5. To receive & move for adoption the minutes of the PC held on 2nd February 2001 and vote on the recommendations, if any contained therein.
  6. To receive the Stewardship report of the W. Master of the year 2000.
  7. To ballot for the joining of Bro. B.K. Sehgal, Master Mason of Lodge Justicia, cleared by PC held on 2nd February 2001, proposed by Bro. Vinod Sehgal and seconded W. Bro. Rajiv Khanna.     
  8. To ballot for the following and if the ballot proves clear to initiate them:
       a) Mr. Anil Chak  DOB 9.11.53, Advertising Executive,
            r/o G-302, Prince Aptt., IP Ext., Patpargunj, Delhi. 
       b) Mr. Prem S Khamesra, Chartered Accountant, New Delhi.
9.  To open the lodge in Second degree and to pass any two of the following to the degree of FCFM if found proficient in first degree:
a) Bro. Bhagirath Gupta; initiated on 4.12.98
b) Bro. PGB Nair; initiated on 1.10.99
c) Bro. Shailendra Bajaj; initiated on 4.2.2000
d) Bro. S.K. Mehra; initiated on 7.4.2000
10.  To open the lodge in third degree and to raise Bro. Roshan Lal Bajaj passed on 3.11.2000 if found proficient  in the second degree.
11. To receive the Rt. W. the Regional Grand Master, Rt. W. Bro R.S. Dewan,  along with his delegation to inaugurate the official website of our lodge.
12.  Close the lodge in third and second degrees.
13.  To pass the audited accounts of the lodge for the year 2000.
14.  To offer Birthdays greetings to brothers born in the month of March.
