For the want and need of excellence, we in Draoi Croi Croga require each participant or member to learn a certain amount of knowledge of the Druidic ways, therefore as a whole Grove we can participate together and provide service to each other and to the Pagan spiritaul community with knowledge and experience. We can each give something of great importance towards Rituals and self healing. We all have healing to do within before the healing without will ever be possible.
Droi Croi Croga is a pan-polytheistic based Druid Earth Religion. Pan-polytheism means that we have many God/desses. We call upon traditional Welsh Deities who's stories are to be found in the four branches of the Mabonogi. Being an Earth Religion we honor the Great Mother and give her respect and offer her healing energy whenever possible and at every ritual, we learn to live in harmony with Her for she needs that from everyone of us and we better start somewhere so let's start here! We also believe that the Earth and every living creature and plant and tree have a heartbeat that matches that of the Mother Earth.
There are three phases or levels of learning in Druidry. The first is the Bardic Grade, the second is the Ovare/Seer Grade, and then the third is Druid or Priest/ess Grade. Below is a rough outline of each Grade.
