this thing!" Once lowered from the high-lift, he ran upstairs to the Catering office thinking "this isn't possible. This isn't possible. A floating home doesn't sink!"
Quickly dialing the phone number for his next door neighbor, Aaron was soon speaking to Ellie Miller. "Hi Ellie, what's going on?"
"Well, I thought you might want to know," she began, "my husband [Bill] went out to pick up some of the roof, but a bunch of it just went out on the river."
"My roof blew off?"
"Oh, yes, the part over the deck."
Sighing with relief, Aaron said "Oh, the fiberglass roof over the deck?"
"Yes," she replied. "Bill put some parts of it alongside your house, but it's all gone otherwise."
"Oh, that's okay. the house is still there though, isn't it?"
"What do you mean?" asked Ellie.
"Well, I got this message that my house was sinking!" "Oh no," said Ellie,"it's windy out here and it's been raining all day...but that's all.
Aaron put the phone in the cradle and sighed. "Amazing how fast a few pieces of fiberglass turned into a house!"
