The exact meaning of a color is determined by many factors. When dealing with aura's, the meaning of a color may be different than when daling with healing and different again when dealing with magic. To make matter worse, within different cultures, traditions or religions, each has their own meanings for each of the colors. My best advice to you is if the meanings listed here don't seem quite right, try different colors and see if they work better for you. Colors are only a tool to tap into the energies that are already within you. For the purpose of these pages, I will break things down into Auras, chakras, healing and magick. Then within these categories, I will list the most commonly used meanings for each color. When I have information that is conflicting, I will list each with notations where applicable. If no source is listed, it comes from either Moonmama's personal knowledge and the source is not known.
