He has won numerous awards in many fields, including sci-fi art, horror art, fine art, scrimshaw, and comic book art. He has been published in hundreds of magazines and books nationwide. Some of his most recent work has appeared in Chaosium's "Necronomicon," Beth Robbins' "The Gate" magazine, and "Revelations X-The Bobapocryphon" from the Church of the SubGenius via Simon and Schuster. Some of David's personal work involves American Cultural Symbology and Iconography taken to extremes! He utilizes surrealism, underground art, Forteana, tattoo flash, arcane, occult, kitsch, gang-art, symbolism and other off the wall areas of fantastic art. That's his personal style and it has been compared well to artists like R.Crumb, Robt. Williams, Spain Rodriguez, Paul Mavarides and other famous counter-culture/underground artists. If you are looking for something that is so far from mundane it is out of this galaxy, then you've come to the right sector of this space-time quadrant. Please release all excess gravity, it's all in fun!
