Most things that we need to know are in the world around us. We need only to look in our own back yard. The things we need will come to find us, if we keep our hearts and our minds open, they will come to us.

Ever wonder what happens when we die? Actually, matter cannot be destroyed, really. Imagine water being contained by a cup. If the cup is crushed or breaks, the water spills out and goes somewhere else. That doesn't mean that there is no longer any water, just that it is no longer held by the cup.
