RULES
Welcome ....
We hope that this Championship will appeal to all classes of drivers and
therefore we will be running 3 classes of races........
NOVICE..........INTERMEDIATE–Short........PRO–Long.
There will also be a Rookie Class run within the Novice Class...so that will
give the less fast drivers some encouragement.
Rookie Class will be decided per race
based on Pole - Winners Race Time - Race Fastest Lap.
A combination of these three times
will be considered to be elligible for Rookie status.
Rookie will be decided by the race
winners race time x 107%
Races will be held every 15 days and will follow the same race order as
the real 67’ season. You may Race in as many classes as you wish.
Any options available in the class that you are
competing in that is allowed by the original
game will be allowed to be
used.
No AI Patch required....RACE

No restrictions on re-starts but we do ask drivers to use some restraint to
keep the game somewhat realistic.....in other words ....don’t overdo
it.
We hope that members will drive with as many computer cars as possible but we
understand this will depend on your hardware.
Drivers may use whatever chassis they feel comfortable and one change will be
allowed throughout the season.
Three drivers per Team will also be allowed. Points
awarded for the best two team members.
Points to be awarded in each class:-
1st -
15points
2nd - 12 points
3rd - 10
points
4th - 8 points
5th - 7
points
6th - 6
points
7th - 5
points
8th - 4
points
9th - 3 points
10th - 2 points
All other places from 11th downwards
will be awarded 1 point with 1 bonus point for Pole in each class and extra 1 bonus point for the
Fastest Lap of the Race..
Constructors Championship to be decided as most drivers tend to pick LOTUS so
some sort of handicap for the results may be looked at.
Results will
require you to send your race lap times and the end of race
standings.....This can be done from within the game by exporting as a HTML
file.....Then send those two files and a small zip file as you cross
the line at the end of the race.. just cut down the last lap replay down to the
last 4 seconds or so showing you crossing the line...then zip them all up and
send then in!!!!..
