I searched and searched for taller shackles for my FSJ and ended up having to get some specially made. Here are some drawings of shackle designs. The shackles on most if not all FSJ's are the same in the front and back. A shackle reversal is needed in the rear if you want to lift it using longer shackles in the back. If you should ever want to lower an FSJ(why anyone would want to, I don't know), the same design will work for your rear springs. All you need to do is print out one of these schematics and take it to a local machine shop and have them made. Click on the link under the picture to download an AutoCAD R14/97LT drawing of it. The distance from center to center of the bolt holes is all than needs to be changed to customize drawing for the high difference you want.
The first one is the one I used, because of cost, on my wagoneer front end to give me another 1.5 inches of lift.
The shackle in the second design is prettier, but more expensive to make. Remember: you will only get half of the difference in height at
the axel(i.e. 3" longer shackles = 1.5" height difference).
