Decision Trees
The illustration here shows a generic decision tree - rooted
in the past, events and data come to a node at the present and
then branch into a multitude of possibilities in the future.
The decision tree can be used as a model simply to explain the
complexity inherent in planning, prediction and strategic thought.
It is also used (as in robustness
analysis) to `map' future possibilities and alternatives.
