Cop starts chasing you with lights flashing and siren blaring, obviously trying to catch you and pull you over for whatever reason.

Yes

Try to out run them, cut down side-streets and hide in a relatively concealed driveway, if and when they catch you, and they ask "Why didn't you stop on our signal?", reply "I thought it was an ambulance so I ducked down this side-street to get out of the way"

Cop pulls you over while speeding and asks 'how fast were you travelling?'

Yes

If they are asking you how fast you were going, it usually means they don't have hard evidence, so don't admit anything. They probably just thought you were going too fast (and they are usually correct at judging speeds, but it wont hold up in court unless you admit your speed). If you don't admit to speeding they will usually just resort to finding something un-roadworthy with your vehicle.

If you are caught with a P.A. horn speaker under your bonnet

Smoking up tyres or excessive wheel-spin on the streets and being seen by cops

No

- This one is a long shot! :) just dont get caught!

Swerving side to or generally acting like an idiot on a public road and being pulled over by a cop

No

Explain that as you pulled down the sun visor or opened the glove box, that a spider fell down/jumped onto your arm/hand/steering-wheel and you panicked, jerking the wheel around.

Hooning round in a carpark, hanging sideways round corners etc

Yes

- I've tried this, hehe, he didn't believe me :)
