Although she left Eternal, she had not gone unnoticed. She won fans with her looks, personality and, more importantly, her singing and dancing skills, which were honed at the Italia Conti stage school. Although no longer with Eternal, she still has the same management, First Avenue, and is still signed to EMI.

She was born in Surrey on the 4th November 1974, is five-foot four tall and has brown hair and blue eyes. Since leaving Eternal she has had a busy schedule, but also a lot of success. Louise likes Stevie Wonder's music, and also the Brand New Heavies. She likes to spend time with her friends and family, and also likes to keep fit. She has got two brothers. She also likes shopping, and doesn't like to wear make-up unless she is working, due to 'over-exposure' to make-up being caked on her face whilst doing the now obligatory photo-shots for her promotional work.
Her first singles were 'Light of My Life' and 'In Walked Love', both of which did well. Following the encouragement from the release of these, Louise went on to produce a very popular album in 'Naked', which produced a top 5 single and several other successful songs.
She performed 'Naked' On Top of the Pops in a blue rubber outfit, and then appeared on the cover of Sky magazine in their 'Naked issue'. This suggested to many at the time that people were more interested in her for her looks rather than her music. However, her successful second solo album dispelled these thoughts and she is now well established as a successful artist. Very few artists can claim to be known on the strength of their first name alone, but Louise has achieved this which serves to illustrate her flourishing career. You know you are well known when papers and magazines start picking up on things you do, and of course for some time the press had said Louise was more than just friendly with Jamie Redknapp. Nothing strange in that, you may think? Well, there is: the popular press was right (for once), amazingly, since Louise is now engaged to Jamie Redknapp. And at 24, Louise should still have many more years of fame and successful singing to look forward to.
