Frames site with buttons down the side ... as with the Green set below the necessary code and images can be downloaded for mouseover effect

Green Bars

Framed template that requires minimal screen space to provide a lot of navigation buttons ... if the green is too bright then download the masters and hue-shift in your favourite graphics package
