QingZang Plateau (July - August, 1999)

Buddies, this is just the story I must tell you. during the period of time I stepped onto the highest plateau of the world. of course it's the most challenging journey in my life up to now. with the imagination of this mysterious land, I started all alone by myself to fulfil my dreams. NOTE: All these scanned images are not as clear and beautiful as the original photos, and all the photos are not as good as what I saw with my eyes. so, if you like, you can demand real photos from me (10 at the most). simply send me an email with your detail address along with the thumbnail pictures which are used to tell me which ones do you need. it's FREE.

What makes me feel great pity is that the limitation of time and money. I left Shanghai on July 26th, 1999 and returned home 2 week later. to short time to well visit Tibet. and ALL my credit cards are not accepted in Tibet, so if you would like to go, please prepare for much cash. now let me begin with my story.

Generally speaking my itinerary is XiNing --> Road of QingZang --> Lhasa --> Shigatse --> Yamddok Yumtso Lake
