I graduated from Moorhead State University in
Moorhead, Minnesota in May (well technically
December) 1998. I got a degree in Anthropology and
found work in the field of Cultural Resource
Management (that's fancy talk for Archaeology),
which brought me to Pennsylvania. College was
great, I really enjoyed it. During my time here
I met
the King, and made a lot of friends. I worked
in the library for 4 of my 5 years at MSU, which is
where I met Libby. This is a picture of me at my
graduation, from left to right: my Grandma Ruth, my
sister Julie, my Dad, my Mom, my Uncle David, and
my Grandma Colleen. -steven

I went to Moorhead State University for 2 years
before transferring to Widener University. That's
when I found my love for Philadelphia. I followed
Steven here (no, actually, he followed me--it all
depends on who you talk to). I have moved several
times during my living in the Philly area,
including 20th and Walnut Streets (across from
2 Irish pubs), and
now at 6th and
Catherine. (in South Philly -- now we can
really call ourselves Philadelphians!). I
gradutated in December 2000 with a degree in
English. And although I won't be teaching with my
degree, I hope it to bring me to many more
opportunities, the start of which is my current job
as a Production Assistant at FOX-Philadelphia.
During my time at Widener, I found a real cheesesteak,
hoagie (sub for you Mid-Westerners), and Yuengling
beer (the cheap, but good stuff). -beth
