Roller Hockey

     Burns, Cormac and I are all members of the Ohio State Club Roller Hockey team.  Please check out the club's website . 

      We just finished up an away weekend in East Lansing (Michigan State).  Fate was not with the Scarlet team this weekend.  They lost four players and the loss of experience showed as they struggled through the weekend.  Fortunatly they took all of their frustrations out on the Univeristy of Illinios.  The Grey (JV) Team had a solid weekend with two wins and a tie.  On a side note I recieved a letter from the intramural departmeant.  I have been suspended from intramural play for the rest of the quarter for fighting. 

      Well this kinda deals with roller hockey.  Some of the members of the roller hockey team joined the Intramural Ice Hockey League for fun.  Timmy and I are representing 31 E Lane.  Last night's game was just rediculous though.  Apparently the other team thought they were there to be thugs.  The sad part was that the referees let this style of play go on.  Well the game ended up getting out of control. Some slapdick decided to side swipe Don Whisler.  As Don got up, the guy got in his face and Don pushed him away.  Then Timmy came over and the guy decided to cross check Timmy in the throat.  I had enough.  I came in and jacked the guy with a right haymaker.  After this the incompetent refs decided to actually do their jobs and they tossed all of us from the game.  There was a total of 7 people thrown from the game.  The final score of the game was a 5-5 tie.
