Here's my little itty bitty ditty
About the cool cat called Smitty
Country dancer and a perfect gent
Drives an old pick up with a dent

But to him it does matter at all.
His truck is big the dent is small.
Orange and green with a gun rack.
He thinks its a full fledged Mack.

Grabs his four gears and pretends,
That he grabs four more, which sends,
Into diesel truckers eighteenth heaven
Where he's dreamed of being since seven.

He's daddy drove him from coast to coast,
And that is what he now misses the most,
Driving down the highway singing out loud.
Watching the stacks billowing a cloud.

Climbs Grapevine, the hill at work,
His buddies do laugh at his perk.
Has a big belt buckle made of gold,
Bought in Denver or so I am told.

Now Smitty thinks the waitress is hot
His cowboy hat has a small grease spot.
Asks her for a date every single day,
With smile so pretty what can I say.

She winks and says, "oh you are a dear,
But please let me make this nice and clear,
You see I am married and I wont cheat,
You are sexy and I do think you're sweet."

He winks at her and then a big smile,
"Sit here next to me dear for awhile,
Give me a change to charm you tonight,
I think the world would say it's alright.

I love you more each and every day,
Together we will dream our life away,
Tonight my dear for just one dance.
Oh, Honey please give me a chance."

They dance one dance and they kiss,
Smitty says, "I wont forget this."
She smiles and says, "Oh my Roy,
You'll forever be my only boy"

Roy smiles and thanks his young bride,
The love of his life is smiling wide.
They say, "Love you, see you tonight."
His "eighteen wheeler" pulls outta sight.
