Systems) Management Action Team. I identified the problem
of having four different information reporting Systems. I then formed and led a
team of 5 members to a solution of one reporting systems that was the most
useful and cost efficient.
DCMO Contracts Requirement
Process Action Team. I was elected the Team Leader by our 6 team
members. Our charter was to develop a standard checklist to capture contract
requirements. Our team created and developed a computer database program called
"DISH" (DCMO Information Super Highway).
DCMO Customer Requirement Management Action Team.
I was elected recorder for this team by 8 other team members. Our charter was to develop a plan or
mechanism that would be used to identify all customer requirement changes and
the dissemination of these changes to each functional branch. We are projecting
completion for late Jan 1996.
