Not much in the way of tools other than an Html editor but you don't really need anything else!!
Why?... Because the Site Copy Tool makes it oh so easy to build elsewhere and transfer your site over to Terrashare.
There's also an opportunity to earn more money by referring existing sites to Terrashare.
