MEMBERSHIP
Article 3
The original members of the new World Hackers Association are: LittleDevil (Founder), BloodAngel, DarkRosli, LiquidSoul,
and Zcero_Overdrive(evelution)
Article 4
1.) Membership is open only to those invited and shall pertain to these types of individuals:
Software Crackers,Programmers(of all types of languages new and old),Server Admins,Channel Operators,and Web Designers, and, in judgement of the World Hackers Association,
are capable and willing to carry out out their obligations.
2.) Membership of groups is via petition to the Grand Council.
Acceptance is by a 2/3 majority vote of the Grand Council.
3.) Members not in a group, shall henceforth be called World Hackers and as such be directly joined into our group.
Article 5
1.) The grand Council may suspend the rights and privileges or expel the membership of any member or group in the
World Hackers association by a 2/3 majority vote against which
the World Hackers Association Lists(See Separate article) has taken preventative or enforcement action.
The Grand Council may restore rights by a 51% margin at its discretion.
2.) New members and Groups must serve a 3 month probationary period whereby some rights and privileges,
( determined by the first grand council meeting and subsequent meetings ) may not be initially granted.
