| 1943 | Mom conceives me and my twin. My twin dies inutero around the 6th month and is mostly miscarried. Mom however stayed pregnant with me. |
| 1944 | I was born the following year in Feb. 1944 and weighed in around 5 lbs 5 oz. About 20 minutes after I was born, my dead still born twin who died inutero about 2 months after conception, came forth...surprising the doctors and everyone else..I was blessed to have been born in a catholic hospital with praying nuns and a incubator. In my hosptial record, retrieved in 1963, was a notation by a nun, that God told her to stop in and see how I was doing. She had to 'restart' me as I had just quit breathing. |
| 1949 | I came down with juvenile rhueatoid arthritis in my right knee, but the symptoms were similir to those in children sufferring from the Polio Epidemic at that time. I was taken to Los Angeles County General Hospital (now USC-LAC) and placed into the polio ward, where I resided for 10 days. I remember seeing those 'IRON LUNG' machine. Adults were no immune to the Poilo either as severl came down with it. Years later that 'Polio' would be known as Infantile Paralysis. After 10 days in the Polio Ward, I was moved to the arthritis ward, because the doctors thought I had Rheumatoid Arthritis.... Several days later I was dicharged from the hospital.. |
| 1955 | My
neighbor, Kenny Smith (Class of 1962, Sylmar High) sets me up to be electrocuted
at age 11. It worked. I was electrocuted, but not harmed.
I
suppose that could be termed the first time I had ELECTRO
SHOCK THERAPY, 110 volts 4 amps

| 1959 | Dad
tells me to go outside and turn out night light for back yard. I tell him
the line has a electrical short in it and I do not want to go turn it out.
I go outside, flip switch, see bright blueishwhite flash and wake up a
few minutes later over 15 feet away from where I had been standing.
I suppose that could be termed the second time I had ELECTRO SHOCK THERAPY, .220 Volts amps 5+. I had burn marks on the bottom of one foot and was thrown over 15 feet. Dad
complains that I took too long to turn out light an what else had I been
up too?.

| 1967 or 1968 | While
working at West Coast Forge, a forklift operator raises the forklift
boom too high and rips out an electrical wire that has 400 Volts and 55
AMPS. The wire drops downward, arcing to evrything within a foot or so,
until the machine I am using quits. I tunr towards the maintncemen who
are looking at me. I mutter 'what now God', holding my hand outward, plams
facing up. The elctrical wire hits my hands and the line goes dead. I hear
a noise at the back of my machine. I run around there to see what the noise
was caused by. It seems the circuit breaker carrying the line had broken
off at all four of the bolts holding it in. The maintence men, Moses (Moe)
and Charlie (Charles Jay who later becomne a Evangelist and then Preacher)
said simulataneously, "Its a miracle you are alive'

| BEE'S | In
1990, a queen bee decides to visit my place and plants herself with all
her 1/4 million buddies on my front window, AFTER some jerk(s) (BREN
TEN & HAWKEYE ) calls me to tell me they will be over in a few minutes
with 'to settle the score''..So he shows up and there are 100 of thousands
of bees waiting there.
Guess who the bee's go after if you disturb them? |

and this time though there are at least as many as three times the number
of bees, as they have done a complete ''wrap-a-arond'' of my place. He
drives up, makes U-TURN and ''peels rubber'' leaving.
